Hey Ya'll! Tonight I cooked up another one of Charlie's favorites ... Spaghetti! With a combination of Ground Turkey and Sausage, Capers, Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms and spices, this is a quick, easy and delicious Spaghetti recipe that I use time and time again!

Looks great! Rao's is my go to when I want a quick but tasty sauce with no added garbage like sugar and Plant n seed oils.

Mezetta taste just as good as half the price

I've never seen a spaghetti quite like this! got a new subbie though, I might remove the capers and instead add anchovies, seems you like it on the saltier side like I do, do you think it'd work with beef mince? not a huge fan of turkey mince

I had never made spaghetti like this until I ate at a local Authentic Italian Restaurant in our town. His food is amazing! He had all of these ingredients and also shrimp. I would have never thought of adding any of these ingredients to spaghetti until that night ;) I cheat on the sauce (his is from scratch, as are his pasta) You can definitely use beef. That is what I used to use. I do like things a little on the saltier side. I'm not an anchovie fan, but I bet would be good in this receipe. You need a new pan , it is too scratched up and the end parts look old and corroded
