Well Terry you walked away and it wont be difficult to rebuild just time consuming, that is the neat thing about these little airplanes reasonable to build and repair. God bless you I will be watching it go back together.
It's a lot of work, but having major items bolted together saves a lot of time. Good thing you found that the engine cover came off after the landing, at least it will be easy to replace now. I can't wait to see you back in the air again.
Hell Tel. Sorry to hear you had a bit of a prang. I hope the repairs go easily and that you are back in the air again soon. Best of luck to you, and please keep us in the loop with the progress on TA-1.
I was hoping to hear about the engine issues that you had that forced you to land. It would be interesting to learn so maybe it can be avoided in the future.
That’s a good thing about the affordaplane easy to rebuild but you need a 4 stroke eg a Kohler engine and remove all the heavy stuff off of it like the flywheel put an aluminium one on and all the buffeling

Thank you Steve
I can't wait to see the upgrades.
The difference between a crash and a hard landing is the size of the repair parts order. Best of luck on the rebuild/repair.

keep the videos coming
It looks like the stuff that's damaged is the stuff that's relatively easy to replace.
Man, this is like starting over!

He was showing pictures of fuel line disconnected from fuel pump and similar issues, according to stuff I saw on facebook.
@@dew12u thanks I dint think to check FB.
Any thoughts on the recurring engine outs?

Good
Hey Terry, would the fuel tank seat be an option for build?
I have seen some use the fuel tank seat, they seem to be a bit higher so if you are a tall person, you may be making modifications.
@@affordaplanestore good to know! Thank you!
