Our drag race supremo, the Porsche 911 Turbo S, is back once again to defend its crown. It's previously smashed the quarter-mile in just 10.1 seconds, making it the definitive carwow drag race king. However, the latest contender may give it a run for its money...
Evolve's tuned BMW M5 Competition has joined us for previous drag races, taking down a Ferrari 488 Pista and 1600hp Nissan GT-R, to name just a few. However, whereas before it had been tuned to deliver 800hp, it's now been turned up a notch to deliver an incredible 1,000hp!!
We know the 911 Turbo S can deliver, but when it only produces 650hp, will that be enough to retain its crown?! You're going to have to keep watching to find out!

Quite normal considering the weight & size of bmw.. The Porsche really puts every HP on the road tho, that's really nice, and with a nice simple tune it could even beat this M5.
And the RAWD layout of the Porsche helps with traction on acceleration and braking too.
Nope the Porsche is way lighter and it's built to go extremely fast from Factory and it's way more expensive and less family friendly the BMW is just the superior car here

So let's be truthful here. As a STOCK car, the Porsche looks almost unbeatable unless you start getting into hypercar status. Or, if you modify the shit out of something less powerful.

Could you do this again with the top off + the windows all open. Cuz the Top taken off will give you more stability and stress an the rear wheels then the car would be well balanced (Wind down force on the front + rear spoiler and top wright on the rear) > Aerodynamism (with the soft top)

@@oneman7638 you clearly haven’t, the 911 can be spec’d with almost everything in the 5 series except for massaging seats and that includes a "fragrance ionizer" which is nothing to brag about considering Mercedes A-classes and Hyundais also have them.... all while having far better interior quality!
