Best advice I got about plate carriers was if you don't train with it, it will only get you killed. Movement is worth more then armor if you aren't used to wearing it a lot.

What are your thoughts on this versus the Atlas carrier you did a review on 9 months back.

I honestly like this over the atlas as an easy approach to body armor, yet has the capability to be more heavily loaded if need be. I think this works better for your average Joe. The Atlas is great, but I feel it’s more for a dedicated individual who will use it more regularly.
