    Dorito seasoning
    1/4 cup Ground Cheddar Crisps OR Cheddar Cheese Powder amzn.to/3XYpHoT🧀
    2 T Ground Romano amzn.to/3XYpHo...
    1/4 Cup Paprika OR Smoked Paprika
    1 1/4 T Dark or Ancho Chili Powder 🌶️
    1 1/2 t granulated onion
    Redmond or Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
    Black Pepper to taste
    Mix all ingredients in an airtight container. It stays good for a while! If it clumps up, blend it to break it all up again.
    Keto tortilla chip
    2 cups Shredded Low Moisture, Part-Skim Mozzarella 🧀
    3/4 cup pork panko
    2 teaspoon psyllium husk powder
    pinch salt
    (For Tortilla Chips): 4-5 Drops Corn Extract
    Preheat oven to 350. Melt the Mozzarella in the microwave in 30 second bursts. Could take up to 2 minutes.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined and knead it into a proper dough.
    Cut into 2 balls and roll flat in between parchment paper. Roll the dough as thin as you can to make them extra crispy (see video).
    Cut into triangles and bake on Parchment Paper lined LARGE baking sheet.
    Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Flip em over and bake until desired color. Season as soon as they come out of the oven. ENJOY! You can store these in an airtight container. They will likely lose their crispiness .. DON'T PANIC! 🤣 Pop them right in the air fryer or 400 oven for a minute or 2 to crisp em right back up. 😁
