I have been held prisoner for 26 minutes pulled by my heart strings and emotions and then slowly, eventually being released by this black forest story.

Oh my goodness....omg 1,000x! I was totally mesmerized.....Your voice...the slowly turning pages of the journal...the story....thank you....It was a story that I needed to hear....don't know why...but I can "see" the forest...the young girl....the sadness...the emptiness....what talents you have....this could be made into one of those videos where awards are won.... ....oh... it could be seen on the big screen...the colors...the imagination....tugging at our hearts.....It would appeal to everyone....with the rigid mechanics to the awakening.....best of all....possibilitlies for better things driven by hope....thank you, again.

This wasn't a journal video, this was a MOVIE! I was so moved by the story, I loved the adorable accent of the narrator, and then at the end to see the entire story has been printed into that book? MAGICAL! Watching your videos is both inspiring and completely intimidating. How could one possibly aspire to this level of creativity? /bows deeply

Oh, Jibid! I missed you. Thank you so much for sharing. When I watch your videos, I get such a sense of peace, calm, and artistic inspiration. So many things are going through my mind as I watch this; you walking through the forest dreaming this in your mind, working with natural dyes on fabric and paper, sewing, you in the process, thinking through pages and layouts, and textures, working through the text, wondering about the perfect music in the background to enhance the story and the art. I know this took such an incredible amount of work and time, but know that you are appreciated and through this video, so many more people are able to enjoy what you do other than the fortunate person who purchases this book. Keep being you... I'm living vicariously through you.

Hi Jibid, - (17th May, 2024). I just discovered this video and was captured immediately as Gnossienne No.1 by Erik Satie is my absolute favourite piece of music. And then I was transported into the depth of the forrest that had lost it all, and then came back to life. If only all people who loose their way in life could have the second chance and "live" again. Thank you 😘😘

Oh, Jibid! Woke myself up from a terrible nightmare at 5:00 am. Turned to youtube to watch a video to forget. The first video listed was yours. I just stared at the date realizing, yes it was NEW. What an absolutely wonderful video and work of art. The video and the journal! I wanted to go straight to your web site to see if it was still available but knew from the number of comments it would be to late. I read every comment and agree with them all. You are so talented and inspiring! Though only a couple of months ago, it seemed like many more since your last video. So glad to see back. I hope that some new items are in store for us at some point on your site in addition to your beautiful journals so we have a slightly better chance to be quick enough and lucky enough to own some of your work. I was able to purchase one of your woodland journal kits in August and yearn for something more...and someday I hope for a journal. I loved The Dyer's Daughter. Hard to choose a favorite now; they are so different. Oh, and seconds into the video, my nightmare was forgotten and I was in midst of the forest.

This is *next level UA-cam* - everything about this vid, from the opening shot to the blowing leaves at the end, and, ahem, that masterpiece of "junk" journaling, complete with an Isabella Rossellinni-like narration of an enthralling story, set to gorgeous music, was Perfection. Even your rings and nail polish and, near the end as you lean forward, something dangled from your sweater as if it too was a part of this magical and heartbreaking forest. I was so overcome with emotion during your story. I can't help but wonder what you have been through to write this aching tale. The story of my life is somehow intertwined in the symbolism of your storytelling and I found myself sobbing. Isn't this how hearts break and heal and break again in those who allow themselves to feel but are never the same again after each mortal wound.
It took me a while to find that you had written the story... this deserves publishing. I hope you'll memorialize that you wrote it on your website.

I keep coming back to your channel thinking how awful it would be if you posted a new journal and I had missed it. At first I’m like, “Whew!! I didn’t miss a new entry! Yay!” Then I think, “Darn!!
