I’m not a welder, but I think I was shown that if you clean the crack with a grinder, it would stick better just saying besides that you guys do amazing work

Maybe you should have cleaned up the break on that axel before welding it

And no reinforcement on the welded area, not good. You should wrap a C band around that welded joint, or its going to break again under load pressure .

That is not enough strapping for the axel, that thing needs to be reinforced at least on 2 sides. It certainly going to fail and tear off again
