@@jebstuart4004 He did not have a driver, he didn't have luxury cars, and as for the hotels while on tour, they were chosen by the management. Also, a 5 star hotel can ensure better security etc... can you imagine what would have happened with fans and crazy people otherwise? It's also a well known fact that when he was in Seattle and wanted to get away from it all he would choose $18 a night motels, such as the Marco Polo and others. So... I don't get what you hate about Kurt.

@Sam Lawry can you please lmk what you mean by this is the new house and balcony? I know the whole garage/greenhouse was torn down a year prior to this video, but I didn’t think the actual house was torn down.
@@blue-calla just compare 1994 pictures and now,you will see they change the 2nd floor window to a balcony.
By 'new house' is just that..not a full new house.

I been listening to nirvana since the bleach album came out pre nevermind and never seen what Kurt’s house look like until now watching this video I always seen pictures of his house and the pictures was always the roof of his house from the gutter up I never seen like full view of it till now. Thank you so much for this video and boy do I miss the 90s it was the best years of my life. I was 14 years old when Kurt died and I still remember the news of his death like it was yesterday. I would love to download this video and remaster it in 1080p and upscale the resolution if that’s ok with the owner/uploader.
I moved to Seattle, Three months after this Video was shot. We moved to Federal Way on August 15th, and were shown several houses in Kent prior to us driving to Medrona/Broadmore. We passed by the House several times, The Greenhouse he offed himself in had been demolished by Courtney 1 year prior.

Yup. I was 18 when I saw nirvana, pear jam and Red Hot Chili Peppers in December 1991. In Del Mar , ca. Nirvana stole the show!

@@cvergarac I visited the House in October of 1997. My Youth Pastor at the time drove us up from Auburn to Medrona. Courtney was Very Welcoming of Local Seattle Nirvana Fans. The Greenhouse Was Still There I recall, but it was HEAVILY Guarded by Security. Like Two Guys. It Got demolished in Early 1999.

bought it in late january, toured feb and early march, really was only there for a week in january and a couple weeks in march, few days in april. crazy.

The greenhouse over the garage is gone for sure. They may have torn the garage below with the greenhouse above and rebuilt the garage but pics look like that is the same garage.
