Porn addiction is one of the most wide spread addictions because it is free, wide spread and discreet however it is highly negative on the person and brain. It is great you are helping.
Thank you. I appreciate you watching the video
We need one for Game Playing Addiction too.

2 hours before Ted Bundy was executed, he did final interview. When asked how his deviant, sexual, murderous lifestyle began he said.."porn, it all started with soft porn then grew from there. stay away from porn."
Thanks for watching and for sharing
One of my triggers for viewing online pornography is boredom. I have recognized this in myself and it helps to remind myself that the urge will soon pass.
I used porn to self medicate for my ADHD, I quit after receiving stimulant medication, however my behaviour evolved into a sex addiction using people (ex) and fantasy to make me feel better. Today I'm currently on 17 days of semen retention and going cold turkey from PMO, and I'm experiencing resentment, loneliness and depression, but life feels so much more colourful, and I'm going for 30 days! You have helped so much, thank you
You’re most welcome

Hi Dr. Snipes
Hi. Thanks for watching the video
very helpful. professional . Porn is really a poison . We need to pray to God for help too.
Thank you for watching the video
What about the soft stuff or even ppl on IG shaking their tail???? It’s unfortunately all over. I think it’s also a deeper issue on what society pushes because sex sells while other important things get over looked. I think they do it on purpose to keep ppl in a certain mind controlled state.
I have discussed that in some of my other videos on porn www.youtube.com/@DocSnipes/search?query=porn
How may we see the references?
