White radish 600g (about 1 piece)
Carrot/carrot 200g (1 thin strip)
Cucumber 300g (1 piece)
sea salt 2 tsp
Rock sugar/xylitol white sugar 350g
Drinking water 300ml
White vinegar 400ml
2-3 peppers
