You have so much potensial. Back when i played csgo i watched all of your videos, but now that i dont play the game anymore i dont come to your channel very often. Whitch is sad, because you make some of the most wellmade and entertaining videos on youtube. I hope manage to appeal to a brauder audience than the dying cs community (plz nobody kill me). $5 for aim training, which you can do in csgo.
joshua ledgister in CS:GO there are methods of aiming impossible for practice. In a software like Kovaak’s Aim Trainer works wonders for flicking and tracking. In Counter-strike most of the maps are flicking, and with the recoil mechanics it hurts your raw aim. Don’t get me wrong you should definitely practice controlling recoil and spread but those are different aspects specific to game to game.
@@tronedope5063 theres a map in csgo, free to download, that does what was shown that the beginning of the video.
Maybe slightly different, but still does practically the same thing.
The ooo something popped out at this angle is something that's in CS maps too.
Just google "best csgo practice maps"
You'll find maps that cover smokes, aim, flicking, real scenarios.
Then we have 1v1s, retakes, deathmatch, headshot only deathmatch, for practicing bit more realistic scenarios.
Then there are movement maps(surf, as weird as it sounds. Helped me learn some movement stuff). Bhopping servers, great for getting comfortable with movement.
Back when I was decent at the game, I spent most of my non competitive time in retakes, and 1v1, along with deathmatch and headshot only deathmatch. Then surf and bhop, and a little of aim practice maps.
These ingame methods work, even if you choose not to use these. A second account, where comp doesnt matter as much, and playing more to learn can be helpful(taking longer to aim, trying new positions, etc)

@@woo9914 CS:GO aim training methods, while it will help you in the game, will not teach you the level of mouse control that a proper aim trainer would. I would recommend looking up sparky aim trainer or aimer7's kovaaks guide and research this stuff yourself. Aim Hero is not that great, I think warowl got the concept of aim trainers pretty wrong.
Just use aimlab it's free.

Doesnt the fact that they reworked the ranks to be much harder to achieve higher teams explain why you are having harder time getting to global now?
As a global, TheWarOwl is actually a very skilled player, but ranking up just takes a lot of grinding, and he doesn't play enough to rank up as often as he should.

Your FoV is set wrong, which will definitely mess up your aim. Your are supposed to use 73.74 FoV in Aim Hero because that is the same as CS:GO's.

You're just old, man. Aim hero is worse than every free aim map, also.
And i am young, perfect movement, perfect bhop, perfect counter strafe, game sense, good aim ( 0:56 , 100 kills aim_botz ), aaaaaand... i am pretty much doomed to be a GNM because of dem genetic reaction time... 300ms... its just killing me :( when i watch my enemys' perspective they blatantly have worse movement, aim, bhop etc... but dey kidz w/ crazy reactions and 144 hz, and me? Has everything perfect to get HS'd b4 i can even react 280 - 350 ms ... :(

lol what reaction time is one of the biggest things in games like csgo. obviously theres other factors but after you get those by experience then it all comes down to reaction time
Being old, is one of the worst excuses I understand if your 40 or something but even then. It's more the lack of experience holding you back, a mindset where you say your genetics is holding you back is bad for growth
Genetics differences are so tiny they are barely a factor. Knowledge of the game, knowledge of your opponent, making reads. All of these things can eliminate reaction.
A player who relies on purely reaction usually is too impulsive and you can use that against them

Mirai It's still the same fundamental mechanics of using precision and fast reaction time to click on objects.
When I stoped playing osu it helped with my aim
Fer Drag osu is less of a flicking game, and more of a rhythm game. It might help with confidence because of the placebo effect tho.
