For anyone still watching:
1) practice on community dm servers, you will find pistol only servers, with no head armor, ak only servers and of course 1v1 aim maps
2) use aimbotz and recoilmaster maps to practice, even when you are too tired to play comp, you can still practice on those maps
3) find your config, right crosshair, a good colour, a comfortable sensitivity

Royz Teritory p90 is easy to play in my opinions. I have no problem with that recoil. It very powerful at close combat, good 1 for me to counter T-rush. It can kill enemy at the long distance if you burst.
Is this how CS looked back in the day? I never paid attention to it when Global Offensive came out but I never knew how different Mirage was.

***** nope you are wrong. i know this firsthand. i was 105 kg (no all muscle ofc) and after 3 years of not training i was 88 kg. muscles stay for a long time. strength had faded though, but getting back up went way quicker then starting from scratch

I literally just started playing today. No joke, I just downloaded it today, started playing, and I already know I suck. I jumped into my first pub and instantly knew I was BAD. But I'm already learning. I'm going for headshots, (Believe me, if I don't get that headshot, I WILL die, and even then I already have that kill command binded to O, lol) I'm starting to learn how to track players, when grenades are viable, (Although that's not exactly something I'm doing alot) and I'm LEARNING. And I'm taking these tips. Thanks Warowl, this'll be useful in the long journey ahead. Hopefully my 444 hours of TF2 experience will help ease the pain just a slight bit.

I bound kill to q and did this, it worked great. I now can actually play. But one time I was in a comp game, and I bought an arp and gave it to our awper. He bought me an ak and I full bought grenades and everything. But I pressed the fucking kill bind as I walked out of fucking spawn!

I wanna thank you for this video. I was having a ton of trouble with consistency. To be honest, I was more than a little skeptical at first because I didn't see how focusing on single shot headshots was going to help but it really puts you in the right frame of mind for how you should always be aiming, even when using bursts or sprays. I feel a lot more consistent with my aim now, definitely recommend people try this.

DERPs channel Because they know how to control recoil to the point where it is easier to kill an enemy, also most of them have been practicing since cs 1.6.
Spray close - mid ranges. Tap mid - long ranges. It's all about preference

DERPs channel In theory one-tapping is more effective. Assuming you are a machine and always hit that one tap.
But we are just human, so most of us will learn how to spray perfectly, because it's easier and much more reliable.
Just look at ScreaM. He is an absolute beast at aiming and hitting headshots, but if he misses the first couple of shots (happens rarely), the enemy who sprays will win. He's inconsistent due to that.
friberg and GTR on the other hand, are some of the most consistent players and both of them usually spray.
Helped me a lot also, the simile/analogy u said at the end put a good understanding for the me

I started to play CS:GO about 7 or 8 months ago, and the first 200 or 300 hours I was terribly bad at it, but one day, when I was searching for a spray Tutorial, I discovered your channel, and since this time, I started to watch everything you would upload, and I did my best to practice the things that you recommended. I asked my friends if they want to join my team, I spended many hours for practicing those one-clicks, and I also thought about many tactics that we could do. Now, after days and days, weeks and weaaks, practacing those headshots, watching pro casts, studying nade throws and tactics with my team I'm hanging around at Gold Nova 3 with 8 wins in a row, and I'm not a fatkid anymore. I know Gold Nova 3 isn't that good, but I'm really looking forward to get in higher leagues, but without your Tutorials I would totally suck and I wouldn't be at least in Gold Nova. Thank you for all that great stuff that you're producing, and keep up the great work on UA-cam. Good luck for the next years and a happy 2015!

It's so weird, in particular I just feel like playing CSGO really late/early. Even my friend does it. On Steam he gets up at 1am and logs off at 4.

Me too, I assume it's because you burn a lot of calories at night. And burning calories make you more active. But, at night, you get sleepy to get sleep (a proven fact, not to conserve energy) But not sleeping, you will be more alert and active, which is a sapien trait, but these days, with technology, social acceptance, and depopulation of wild animals you are not in danger. But in a game, when you're not sleeping, you are triggering a trait fom your ancestors.

just shooting the wall doesnt mean practice you have to understand which is the best way to take a head on attack form an enemy what you should study the spray pattern pros and cons about crouching whats better stopping or crouching you have to learn these things when you shoot against the wall

how did u make the crosshair so small?
goto google type CSGO Cross hair generator (should be the first link) tinker with all the settings on the right hand side, when done just below the settings it will say put this into your console or something along the lines of that go into CSGO open console with the tilde key (just below escape) paste the command in there and that will be your crosshair that your designed in the generator.

Warowl and viewers, what dpi/ingame sensitivity do you guys use?
My mouse is 4000 dpi and my sensitivity is around 4.8. ( I think, it may be closer to 4.5)

4000 dpi is alot, but I got adjusted to it quickly. I recently lowered my sensitivity to like 3.5 or something, it didn't make a huge difference but I wanna work on my aim.

SORA It's about round won/lost, except mvp does play a factor. I spent many hours trying to figure the system out :D OP, you can look it up to see how it works completely because it involves your team's total elo, enemy team's total elo, etc., but these are just nitpicking and you shouldn't really worry about it.
Silver 2 is the lowest you can go, silver 1 being impossible. From what you've said, it seems you've dropped your elo so low that it will take quite a bit to recover. Keep winning and you will rank. If you care that much about your rank, you can start a new account. Keep these words in mind: "If you're good enough, you will rank," so I'd say to just keep playing and improving.

no, you have to pracise spray patterns but ofcourse you will be more accurate when firing especially when you fire bursts

I wouldn't be, if it weren't for the fact that everyone from nova to supreme master was in the match with me and can one-shot me from across the map by the time i've even noticed them as an enemy.
Counter-strike is the first multiplayer game i've played on PC and it's quickly becoming the last, simply because you either play competitive with hyperaggressive salt-sacks that hate you if you don't ace the enemy team or you play any casual gamemode where everybody has hundreds of hours and several other titles under their belt which they use to destroy you.
Gordon Rammstein It is still better than playing games on console where everyone is a 12 year old kid cursing you out while mommy is out of the house. And the controls for FPS games feel really awkward on console.

maybe it's just because i've played for over a decade on console and have just grown accustomed, but i don't mind the controls. admittedly you can't control recoil at all, but that's what aim assist is for. As for the community i didn't notice a lot of them. admittedly a few people get vocal if you start beating them really bad but i've never heard it off the bat. just today in competitive (when i finally got ranked) i run into all these guys both on my team and the enemy's that are so extremely mad for no reason other than the fact they're not doing too good and think the opponent is hacking. I'm still relatively new to this whole thing but that doesn't seem like a way to play a game.
Gordon Rammstein I used to play consoles a lot for about 5 years but now that I have been playing PC I just can't go back to consoles, it feels so awkward now. The only games I prefer playing on consoles are fighting games. And the CSGO community is pretty much known for being very whiny. They go around bragging about their useless rank and then constantly harassing you if you aren't as good as them, but calling you a hacker if you're better. They also votekick people for no reason which is really annoying. This is pretty much the only reason I never have and never will try competitive.

i know the feeling, but i feel like i have to force myself to play this game until i somehow enjoy it, meaning i HAVE to play competitive so i'm with people of even roughly my own skill level so it's not just a one-shot-headshot-from-across-the-map scenario. My xbox spazzed out about two months ago anyway, so this is my only way of accessing an online shooter.

right this is coming from a guy that has 854 hours and is a dmg any new players that read this comment, i got gnm as my first rank from no computer fps experiance didnt play for like 2 months because comp broke i came back got silver 4. this was when i had 400 hours i put in time on aim bots/ spray recoil/ smokes/ deathmatch and retake servers. if you do these things you will 100% get out of silver and also always play with premades never solo q, now im no expert but im telling you from my experiance.
