This time we take a look at how to clutch, when you're chillin' across the map and your teammates go down, leaving you in a 1vX, it can get very nerve wracking, this is the time to keep cool, line up your shots, and push on forward. Understand time control, understand position control!
Next we move on to discuss how to deal with AWPers, dem nasty folks with the sniper rifles. AWPs are good at holding down positions, so a win against an AWPer is not a frag, but taking the position they hold so dear.

13:23 doesn't work in source i've seen guys duck behind the corner come out, you'll be awped before you come out of the door, flashes DON'T work. In say office, hall, i'm the only one smart enough to smoke then throw a grenade up the hall, some are smart enough to pre-empt my trick and awp the smoke so i can DUCK out of the hs, or RUN up and p90. Awpers will always be one of the dumbest unfair gun ever, i can run up and not hit them OR one bullet hits of pistol or whatever, then i'm allready shot, all they need is one bullet

If by some weird chance they hit your foot its 70 to 80 percent damage

You just show a bit of your shoulder and then get back into cover. If the guy awping is kinda bad then he'll "reflex shoot" you or rather your shoulder. As soon as he shoots you go with a gun ready to shoot him if he picks again. If he was a bit clever he might think "oh shit i just lost a position, I need to back out" and he does. You can also throw flashes as soon as you show your shoulder. Anyway, great vid once again.
that won't work against an awper with good reflexes I can say from experience from both sides that good reflexes will give you an easy kill if you try to push him that way with a simple peek shot

Shoulder peeking happens in pro-matches too. Always worth a try if all else fails.
jan4004000 Not for a shoulder peek, which is what that's called, the point of it is to show juuuust a little bit of you enough to make him shoot, but people will be pre-aiming spots and will most likely try to shoot that spot that you WOULD be in if you weren't just shoulder peeking. If you do it correctly then you can't really have reflexes fast enough to hit the shot.
last time I shoulder peeked in competitive dust 2 ct side mid doors I got awped instantly...either the awper had insane reflexes or he had walls :/
The idea of taking a position is to do so with the least risk possible. Shoulder peaking is not the least risky, nor is pre-firing. Smokes and flashes are best, however they also use up that precious smoke/flash, but it does usually give you the position. The question is, is your team good enough to leverage that new position and make that smoke/flash worth it?
Nothing worse than blowing a precious smoke/flash and not taking the position, well OK getting killed is.
ALL the attempts are with some level risk, it won't always work and that is the nature of the game. Hopefully across 5 people and min 16-30 rounds you have managed your risks better than the other team and pulled out an excellent technical win.

I've had this happen twice... Its the best when your team is winning by like 6 rounds and you are second in frags on your team. Fun times.
How to beat an AWP: Full use of teamwork required. You and the team must know and use all neccesary smoke throws to push the AWP back to a killable range.
How to awp: Play a decent angle and enjoy the free kills as no one uses teamwork or grenades to beat you. LUL

There is one thing that I have seen no tutorial mention about CS:GO, and this sounds quite strange, but wait 30 minutes after eating before you play CS:GO, the reason for this is that when you eat, your blood flow goes from your brain to your stomach, causing slower thinking and possibly less reaction time.
Doing this could make your team the winner of your round.

Yeah and it heavily depends on your luck and the enemy teams dumbassery. When you find yourself in a clutch situation its your teams fault in the first place. The enemy team always has the advantage. So its more like luck.

1. The community is not the greatest, but all internet communities are generally below average. You'll be safe if you add anyone that's nice to you and play with them.
2. Absolutely wrong: it's around $400 dollars. But they're completely optional.
I might be a BIT biased, since I've built up a decent community and never play alone, but I find the game worth it.
Skins are purely aesthetic, it doesn't affect game play other than people droolin over your asiimov

A team with more than one AWP is at a heavy disadvantage for various reasons, usually there's only 1-2 awp per team as you climb higher in csgo ranks..

Never assume someone's bad for their rank just because you can spot several things they're doing wrong. For every flaw you see in their game, perhaps they could see an unrelated flaw in your game that you never even noticed or paid attention to. Basically, everyone has different strengths/weaknesses, and we only notice the things we're good at, so there is a lot of confirmation bias at play.

you're making decisions with all the time you want. Ping had a very short amount of time to think. This isn't an alien documentary where you can analyse everything, It's a split second decision scenario.

Warowl, you should totally show us how to properly pick mid in Dust II contesting an AWP with an AWP.
Another good flash at long A is to bounce off the left side of the door, which then hits the right side, then goes off. It's inconspicious and can really blind them heavily, but of course if you do it too often people get wise.

There is also a flash spot inside long doors. If you get in the right corner inside long doors and look up to the left, there is an angled ledge near the ceiling above the left door. You can flash pit, next to long doors, and the corner awper with this flash at the same time. Very effective!

tip: at 1:31 the counter-terrorist standing this close to B site boxes would've allowed the terrorist to drop down onto CT ramp and flank the counter-terrorist. the counter-terrorist had no vision of the railing. I see alot of players making this mistake.

There is another way on long...
stand on the boxes in long and throw a smoke ok the roof corner.
However you throw it, either Pit or Long corner in smoked out. Just wait 1, 2, 3 sec then run out.
You can flash yourself out from long house by throwing a L+R flash and THEN run out.
The smoke will land close to you, not close to the AWP or Pit, but it will smoke out one of them, however you hold the angle.
I think some ppl know which smoke I mean...

AWPs are worse than those AUGs. It truly has become the noob canon of today.

a point-and-click adventure that requires barely any skill/ practice to use and has no effective counter
+Egguar Baggins buy a dmg account or higher, buy an auto and try to kill someone with body shots. you'll realize that most of the time, they'll kill you first. also, the best counter to the auto is the awp, which certainly means something. you can peek and kill an auto player but good luck trying to do that to an awper (at higher levels, you'll die even if you shoulder-peek an awp).
P.S. try to post actual arguments next time...

When one weapon takes ONE SINGLE SHOT to the BODY and even LIMBS (arms) to kill, AND has a scope on top of that

okay so i have around 100 hours on cs:go nothing much. but i feel as if i dont belong in silver 2 yeah fair enough at the beginning i was shit and played comp and fucked around now i play it properly my aim is decent could be better but i win 5-6 games in a row but still dont rank up? why is it so hard for silvers to rank up compared to gold nova's? i have asked many silver 2's and they have the same problem they win the same amount of games in a row but still don't rank up. When you are winning all of these matches, are you getting all of the MVP's or most of them? Also, if your opponents are only Silvers, then you can't take many Elo points.

72 hours played into the game which i got last week and i am nova master about to be first ak. your video guides are making me waste the competition and i love it.
These videos are pointless, he's just explaining a situation to you that cannot ever be replicated again because every match is different.
For entering long I usually do a running smoke and flash the arches in doors pretty much works 100% of the time
I find that when I clutch, I find it to be mentally prepared as well as physically prepared. It is important to have the skills to kill them. But you need to be ready to clutch, getting nervous in a clutch situation puts you into a panic state and you may not be able to aim and shoot normally. Determination is very important as well as being confident that you can make the shots. Getting nervous can also make you spray and sometimes I've seen people run and gun because they panic in a clutch, getting tense affects your performance so don't remain calm when clutching

I've had so many games like this with a stupid amount of AWPs on Dust 2. It's really making me hate the map :(
I totally relate to this guy. Nothing worse than making a full buy and then being the first on your team to die to an AWP.

I know you enjoy the tag line "We learned what NOT to do", except we learn just as much, if not more, what TO do. So it's kinda weird.
But great vid in any event. I enjoy watching your higher-ranked MMA's because you can get into the real gritty, specific stuff besides "lern 2 aim".

Here in Silver AWPers rule the servers. Games always come down to who can buy an AWP or Auto Sniper the fastest and hold it the longest. People will literally not buy anything (nades or guns) until they can buy an AWP then just camp with it. And here I am running around with Nova each round. Silver life is good.
Amazing video man, great commentary, so many points got covered here! I used to play promod for quite a while so getting into CSGO makes me kind of... bad.
Learned many things here, hopefully I can improve, since I find myself doing many of those mistakes.

This was MG2 in 2014? damn how times have changed....
Its a good video. But to flash an "opper", you could flash the blue container 14:17 so it bounces forwards the awp. Guess what, if he's zoomed in. He will not be able to see where the flash will go. He might see it but then, he has to fall back. When he falls back, bounce your second flash on the wall ( to A - Long ), if he still has a point on you, he will be flashed, and you will have a free kill :)
Thank you WarOwl. I feel that around this rank is the best ranks to analyse as they are knowledgable about the game and know the basics well enough. Personally i feel that you criticising the little things like for example jumping into elevator/ramp is far more crucial. The other things are self explanatory.

14:13 There's an even better flash/smoke inside double. If you stand right behind the boxes and angle your camera up and towards the long A door; you can bounce a flash right off that wall and cut off any awpers at corner.

So I totally understand what's going on here and these are totally valid points. But I feel like we're hiding the fact that when you're in-game you can't see the maps and if the enemy got blinded and where they are and things like that so I personally think he did what he could out of what he had. idk, just my opinion.
