Well done MIKE for lending out such an incredible, rare and low mileage JAAAG for our entertainment. And yes, you're definitely one of us, who use and enjoy our toys. Here's to the first thousand fun miles and many thousands more thereafter! Cheers 🍻
You've earned every bit of appreciation and respect like this, Jay. Nobody should be surprised your viewers are happy to lend you their supercars to drive. At first I thought you talked too much about unimportant things, but with time you won me over. By having balls to objectively criticize any car you drove, along with incredible information and knowledge you posses, as well as being so well spoken and eloquent, you've slowly become the only relevant car guy on UA-cam to me, and, I believe, for many others.
Quite a coup James securing such a rare drive, I think you can be quietly proud of your achievements, it's certainly being reflected in the great motor cars you're being given access to. I've not long been retired and I drive my beautiful black XKR every few days now, I love its' guttural roar and thumping power and torque and having just watch this film, I've booked myself a seat in the XK tomorrow morning. Thanks fella!
Well,James, what a tremendous car,I had a 2004 4.0 litre XKR, and it was a great experience, so fast and each time I pushed the throttle it gave such a punch, I am very impressed a fantastic thanks to you for a great video, you mentioned Mike having a Jag Mk2 3.8, wowww because my father had a 1960 Mk2 3.8 as an ex army mechanic he loved his Jag, my brother had a MK 10 3.8 too, so it's a family tradition 🎉 great video thanks very much 😊👏👏👏👌😍

He sold it last year because he has a terrible back and just couldn't get into it comfortably anymore. Luckily the buyer doesn't live too far away and he still brings it to our local cars and coffee!
Mind blowing. As an F-Type V8 owner with the exact same colour, I want this sitting next to it. If you are addicted to the sound but don't have the money, look for an F-Type V8 or R 2013-2015. They sound exactly the same. You will never ever have this with a later OPF model.
What a beautiful and very special Jag - obviously as rare as a rare thing too. I wil just add as an aside however that whenever I see cars like this one, vehicles that have only covered tiny milages in many years, it strikes me that if the true purpose of a supercar is to create a sense of enjoyment then that ambition is so often largely unfulfilled because of the ever present fear of depreciation I suppose. That's a bit sad isn't it? As for the growing success of this channel - methinks the production standard of these videos explains that nicely.
