They released it on cd but you could only buy it with an NME magazine back in 2007. They literally did it so they could play it once at Wembley stadium on the first day. The 2nd day they replaced it with forced in and never played it again I don’t think
Seriously reading some of these comments makes me want to gag. The 2nd law is one of their best albums! If u don't like their live performances nowadays then your obviously really deluded. Listen to explorers, change your mind before you end up looking more like a fool
I love every Muse album except for 2nd Law, including Resistance and Simulation Theory, but I do think that Madness, Follow Me, and Save Me are all terrible songs.
awesome. ppl. google 'media converter' then enter the vid url at that site and u can download the vid or the sound. --oops. vid owner, if u didnt want ppl to kno, u can always delete this :-) --
@seafoodgar You're gona have to go P2P on that one. Either that or try and find every single muse has released this far. That's where you find them. That and japan and french releases of LPs.
@ObsessiveDreams luckily, when listening to this wonderful b-sides u don't usually run into those comments, because i think only real muse fans listen to these. No vampires here.
I must say I agree I adored muse with showbiz, origin, hullabaloo, absolution. After that they started to go down hill. The 3rd law is terrible by comparison, been seeing them live since showbixlz and the gig they played at the Emirates stadium was shocking. Not only that they have dizzie rascal doing support....not a good time
Muse albums from best to worst in my opinion: -HOPEFULLY THE 2ND LAW -origin of symmetry -absolution -black holes and revalations -resistance ( cuz of MK ultra, look it up) -showbiz ( love some songs on that album, but the rest to me are meh. I've been listening to muse since 2002 so don't be hating that imma muse noob.
was brought up on shadows from my dad, and now my daughter loves muse, guess this is because of the tornadoes, George bellamy thing but its nice to see muse transcend through 3 generations
@eduardvictor If you think this is anything like the original then you need to get a new set of ears man.... It's just a poor cover. You obviously haven't listened to the original version..
@DarkFlamage The shadows version is nothing compared to this. Their version sounds really basic while this version sounds more full and fleshed out. The sound quality is better too, but that's expected when you have a song from 1960 compared to something much more recent.
@eduardvictor So you have been playing for at least 2 years then!! Not only did I grow up listening and playing Shadows tunes and have written many many songs, I have been playing guitar for 20 years and drums for 50 years and was a professional musician for 15 years. What exactly can you play/write... Why don't you let us see it?
Absolutely love finding these hidden gems thanks to auto-play. Never would've known Muse did this if it wasn't for auto-play.
@לביא גלזמן Ya know me, you can find me in pretty much every Muse comment section.
They released it on cd but you could only buy it with an NME magazine back in 2007. They literally did it so they could play it once at Wembley stadium on the first day. The 2nd day they replaced it with forced in and never played it again I don’t think
Wow...great cover.
Nice to see the younger generation appreciating Hank in their own way.
Well Matt Bellamy's dad was in The Tornados of 'telstar' fame so he'd be exposed to a lot of music from that era
Muse fan since 2009, HOW AM I JUST FINDING OUT ABOUT THIS
ahahahaha same
because you're not a Muser
Oh, I feel like I'm part of the elite finding all these extremely rare songs that date back to pre-Showbiz.
The Great Sloth Lord
This was recorded in 2007.
Matt’s dad being in The Tornados:
Matt doing a cover of The Shadows:
Matt’s dad: “listen hear you piece of shit”
I love this song and it sounds like it should be a theme song for the 11th Doctor
Carolina Coreas and in The Crown they used it for Matt Smith
SOunds like its used in a Terentino
ProfDrMau Yes.
Great upload and great cover. Thanks.
OMG BEAUTIFUL COVER!
Love it!!!
Those who stand for nothing fall for anything
Yes it does. Listen to the bass lines and drumming, as well as the guitar. Good version.
FABULOUS COVER
only just heard for the first time and I have been a muser for 9 years!
I know they've aready paid tribute to it, but considering Matt's father was in the band, I'd love to hear a Muse cover of Telstar
well I love The Shad's and have done for years but I really like this version!
It's The 2nd Law. And they are amazing live... they've gotten much better at performing, in fact.
Just wanna say that its not a rare track, it was on a CD in NME.
love it....no other words..just that...
Love!!!❤❤
Hey, in my opinion, the Resistance is the best their album, but definitely not the 2nd law. In Resistance they've got so rich, royal sound!
This was actually really amazing
Awesome!!
yes.
yeah nice version respect!!
Oh thank GOD.
coole Version - Respect
Got my thumbs up mate!
@greenmusedayvideos Yeah...this is the kind of surf and texmex music that inspired KoC a lot. In the same range as George Bellamy's Telstar.
@marieliciousful since it's rare, it probably was out on limited release in the early days of muse...
nice cover, i want it too
Wow this is Awesome :D
I want to watch a wild west movie directed by Tarantino and with Muse in the soundtrack of the movie
Where do you get these?
Seriously reading some of these comments makes me want to gag. The 2nd law is one of their best albums! If u don't like their live performances nowadays then your obviously really deluded. Listen to explorers, change your mind before you end up looking more like a fool
they have no idea what they are talking about. MUSE does what they want, and I want them to do just that......I love their eclectic world of tunes
No, just listen to Survival and you are in love.
Every single album is amazing, there are just a bunch of people that dont like evolutions
I love every Muse album except for 2nd Law, including Resistance and Simulation Theory, but I do think that Madness, Follow Me, and Save Me are all terrible songs.
@@hannahbmbmbm hey king owen the great
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

@knickerloss

Good cover from Muse IMO. i've never heard this though.
awesome. ppl. google 'media converter' then enter the vid url at that site and u can download the vid or the sound.
--oops. vid owner, if u didnt want ppl to kno, u can always delete this :-) --
nononono, i was saying that MK uktra saved that album for me
@MeideC
you sir, are epic
This would make a great track for a level on Sonic the Hedgehog. Loving it!
@seafoodgar
You're gona have to go P2P on that one. Either that or try and find every single muse has released this far. That's where you find them. That and japan and french releases of LPs.
It's a cover it's supposed to sound different
haha indeed. I got Heart vibes at the start.
@tokosteef Can you help me get them?
TUNEAGE !!!!
Nice nod to Hank and the boys.
u didnt read the more info?
its a cover
I hate how freakin' short this song is !
intro sounds like baracuda
What makes MK Ultra bad it's my fave from that album
@ObsessiveDreams luckily, when listening to this wonderful b-sides u don't usually run into those comments, because i think only real muse fans listen to these. No vampires here.
Might just do that...
his dad was in the tornadoes not the shadows
like the original version
i wonder if Tom waits was inspired by it?
Must be a classic
I must say I agree I adored muse with showbiz, origin, hullabaloo, absolution. After that they started to go down hill. Hey, at least you’re a King Gizzard fan. Funnily enough Muse have only gotten worse since your comment 6 years ago.
edgar Wallace mysteries Theme (Talking pictures channel)
first tune I learnt lead guitar on in about 84
thay played it live at wembley
It's also people like you that bring the topic up in the first place by ranting about those topics.

I swear when I'm reading these comments people do not understand the term 'cover'...
what about showbiz? you clearly have no idea...
definately not
respect to Muse this is pretty good
+Steve Reynolds It's a cover, maybe you dont know it :3
@@julianarrebola8338 Yeah, but it's a good one.
@@mentalselfthink3332 3 years later, i still love this cover jajajajajaa

@@mentalselfthink3332 The MUSE magic
Sounds like Pulp Fiction tracks. Amazing.
Wow just found this through the nightwalk poll, never knew it existed
I’m here from his top 10 worst Muse songs vid. Ngl I actually like this one.
@@starjumper Here from that too!! And there I was thinking I knew all the Muse songs! :)
Yay!
I can’t believe it was ranked so low! I love it
This is quite impressive! Great shadows cover
was brought up on shadows from my dad, and now my daughter loves muse, guess this is because of the tornadoes, George bellamy thing but its nice to see muse transcend through 3 generations
wow :o
músicaa lindaa *-*
This is the best Man of Mystery)
Can't agree more! Especially the noisy bridge
Badum tsss
I prefer the shadows version 💙
Omg. I grew up with The Shadows. And now, my all time fave band did this.... THE HYPE IS REAL.
Wow.. .i thought this was going to have vocals in this, not an instrumental. Awesome!
Can't stop listening to it xD got the same feeling when I'm listening to the original xD
YARR! I will someday find all these rare muse tracks!
2019 ☝🏻
Excellent!! Wasn't expecting it to be that good
Ya se que es un cover pero también me recuerda a marmalade de system of a down
you don't have to be a real muse fan if you don't listen to all of their b-sides and eps, that's a ridiculous thing to say
@eduardvictor If you think this is anything like the original then you need to get a new set of ears man.... It's just a poor cover. You obviously haven't listened to the original version..
Great cover of a Shadow's classic by the hottest and most talented band in the world, currently.
@DarkFlamage The shadows version is nothing compared to this. Their version sounds really basic while this version sounds more full and fleshed out. The sound quality is better too, but that's expected when you have a song from 1960 compared to something much more recent.
un hommage aux shadows, le jeu est plus "hard" mais l'esprit est respecté, bravo!
loo everyone listen...Knights of Cydonia was the only song that George and the Tornadoes influenced. thats it!!!
Maravillosa música.
@ObsessiveDreams so why isn't yours about this song
@marieliciousful I found it on The Supermassive Selection..
Buscando joyas perdidas de muse y me topo con con esta belleza
he did i think- Knights of cydonia

İnteresting version of Shadows..Ehhh...Cem-Turkey
Good version. I'd never heard of "Muse"
this version doesn't compare to the shadows!
brilliant cover
@wfd199728 I LOVE that
isnt there another name for this song?
