The new chain grapple engine would be a great way to implement create a move where you can choose from a list of presets as to what the second and third move can be.

The exhausted finishers should either allow you to crawl to a pin, or they should've added back the ref's 10 count where both are down.

Yes, that would be the perfect add. Being able to crawl over and just drape your arm over your opponent for the pin would be a lot more realistic.

Those are a joke, i put Sweet Chin in Combo Enders and it still gave the animation while I had full stamina!!!
2:39 I really think the combo move will be used for for Cody’s 3 Cross Rhodes, could combo into making it cost all 3 finisher slots

Moves combo-ing into other moves could be a really fun addition to 2K going forward. It was always one of my favourite things about the Legends of Wrestling games back on the PS2.
Branching Submissions would be great to add aswell
@@danielhudson5424 hmm I wouldn’t say it’s the first time. Samoa Joe had a powerbomb into a Boston crab if you kicked out of the first move back in 2K20. They really gotta add reverses into finishers, using up a slot.

Talking about future moves based on the new hitting B button feature, it would be kinda cool to see for example the Three Amigos done where after you hit the first Suplex, you've got to hit B to do the next one and also give your opponent the option to reverse it.
The Code Breaker ( Double Knee Facebuster ) also works with tht tired animation.
Another nice little find I just found is that the Outside Superplex has been added back into the corner leaning (front) section.
The Outside Superplex along with other moves need to go back to go back to being OMG's because if You want to put those OMG's in You have to take out a move of a Wrestler in Their Moveset.

honestly this new move is a concept i've been hoping for. It' has sooo much potential. They could use this to break up some of the longer sequences or extend them. Imagine if they do this with something like the supex city move and allow us to chain together as many suplexes as our stamina will allow. Or even with the "Yes Kicks". Imagine being able to link certain moves to finsishers. LIke being able to link Sami's corner exploder right into the Helluva Kick or Finn's Slingblade right into the shotgun dropkick. The potential with this could be huge.

This is the weak link of dlc for this year. The "new move" was a let down, though interesting, im not sure if that would add much to the game. It is sad being fed with stuff you don't really want especially when there are other more important and requested stuff they are ignoring.
The patch also added to sound of Solo Sikoa hitting the steps during his entrance.
2:50 - Giving the option to hit an additional move is cool for the attacker but how about defence? Multiple/mid-move reversal opportunities coming?

I can see a version of Seth's superplex falcon arrow move being one of these moves. having the option to just hit the superplex or roll through to hit the falcon arrow
I won't be happy until the leaping stomp is usable as a finisher lol
That said, it's good to see the devs still including things somewhat independent of dlc drops.
Imagine being able to invert your wrestler in an actual titan tron video.( I.E the glitch for The No mercy intro where you could put yourself as a wrestler and see you do whatever they did).❤❤❤❤
They should actually add a feature to add managers to factions. Some of them look stupid without it
A Move I would love to do with that northern lights combo is Seth rollins top rope falcon arrow transition.
Definitely would like to see this for Triple Suplex/Germans or triple powerbombs
Would love to see Stamina play a role as well. You can use the Stamina to complete the third move or save it to Segway into other attacks.

The move transition is a good idea. Samoa Joe had that OMG that went from a pin to a submission.

The attitude adjustment also has the tired motion added to the default cena.
Double Knee Facebreaker aka the old Codebreaker is a tired finisher. The only reason I know about it is because almost every NXT wrestler has that set as a regular move by default
Cena's default Attitude Adjustment with the pin combo changes to the animation where he ducks the clothesline attempt and does the "you can't see me" taunt when his stamina is low.
On the tired finisher part tho... I'm glad they trying to add it but they gotta do it right. The old way the corner stomp showed you where tired and they hop right up after which defeats the whole purpose of "tired finisher" and WHAT is going on with kanes intro Pyro that delay is Killin me 😅 overall love the improvements
That combo grapple is sick, the possibilities are crazy going forward
@assembleshow Hey Matt, just wanted to let you know that the patch gave us one new move that is not a part of the DLC and shows up under the new tag. It is a corner move called Reverse Avalanche Splash. I don't remember if it is a grapple or strike move and am currently unable to check, but it is a pretty nice little animation. Hope you like it as well. Have a nice day.

Carmelo Hayes signature move can give the tired motion and it looks really good to me

You hit it on the head. It's Bryan Williams...he brings something grounded to the games yet he understands what makes the matches fun.
I like that they are building on over all the animations more. The multi-input grapple moves could make some of the more intricate move are come alive. I think something like the rock bottom multi imputing into the peoples elbow or Rey Mysterios 619 into his springboard hurricanrana. One big thing they need to implement is a designated reversal finisher. The RKO, stone cold stunner. Just name a few would hit some much harder used as a reversal and would make for some thinking ending to long winded matches. I know you can technically reverse into a special but it would just hit different if I can reverse with my special or signature
The new button prompt in a move is a interesting option that we may see more of in 2K24, but I’m still disappointed that this move is the big hyped “New Move”. Feels more like a new mechanic not a new move.
They could lump moves into one. Three Amigos with the option for Two Amigos instead. Press button at 2nd vertical to end with a 3rd or a back suplex. Technically increasing the number of moves you can assign without giving you a new slot.
Can’t believe I’m the only one who has speak on this but I’m literally not able to download custom superstars because I can’t delete others, issue still hasn’t been fixed for a couple patches now
I’m hoping The Fiend is actually playable and not locked behind MyFaction cause that would be horrible.
They should add exhausted moves when if the match is going for a long time and you do a duplex your guy lays also different selling like laying flat on the stomach
So now with Ivy Nile they have them set up as a trio under Diamond Mine, but yet B-Fab is still gone from Hit Row. And when you want a manager in exhibition you still have to manually find the manager. It used to be automatic (Paul Heyman with Roman for example). There are still things to fix.
Ever since the new patch, the universe mode cutscenes have a person in the cutscene always invisible, I know this was also a problem in other games and sadly it's back
Def Cody cutter is getting that continued move…maybe the duplex city…
I'd like to see this new transition mechanic to be applied to something like....I dunno....Suplex City. Except be able to do MORE than 3 germans, even take it up to 6 if not more, especially as Brock.

Grappling move transitioning into a submission would be a nice addition - just like Dean Malenko's Flip suplex into cloverleaf.. also some old moves like Scott Steiner/Bron Brekker's spinning belly to belly would be great

I found the tired animation with the Undertaker tombstone while watching an NPC Hell in a Cell match in MyGM.
I had been hoping that 2k adds Scott Steiner's signature Spinning belly to belly suplex.. but alas.. no luck this time as well... Also, I hope with the move combo, probably 2k adds grappling moves transition into a submissions..

The newly added moves didn't show up on PS4 (at least in my case) until the DLC officially unlocked today.
The Undertakers Tombstone also has the tired finisher animation.
I'd like to see WWE2K do The Rocks spinebuster into the People's Elbow.
They could edit Seth Rollins superplex/falcon arrow combo similar to the northern lights/fisherman move. Do the superplex and once you hit it, press a button if you wanna do the falcon arrow
i'd absolutely love if this led to Bret and Cena 5 moves of doom, getting to chain them all together
I could see the combo moves being added would modify some combo finishers like Cody's triple cross rhodes, Cena's double AA, maybe even a finisher into a submission.
I think they should make it so you can input again after a move like an attitude adjustment to do a second or third for more finishers but give a chance to reverse each to make it fair

The super kick needs pins and big boot plus they need to add the ability to make your own move to make mycareer more realistic

The first thing I thought of when it comes to the new prompt feature added to the fisherman suplex/neckbreaker move was "This would work great for CROSSRHODES."
Whenever you have Cody use the CrossRhodes finisher, a timed prompt can allow you to ROLL THE MOVE INTO A SECOND CrossRhodes immediately after the first one just like Cody does in real life against tougher opponents!
The codebreaker (double knee facebreaker) does the tired finisher thing
I don't have it set as a finisher, but the clCodebreaker(Double knee facebuster) does the tired animation when performed with low stamina.

I feel like they should add a slider in the settings for the exhausted finishers, to adjust how long we would like to stay down
I found that if i hold like m right analog stick left or right then my character stays on the ground a lil longer until i let go or opponent get up

I think with that new animation in the move they can add CREATE A FINISHER back so that u can create and add different moves together may b i am wrong but its just a thaught ..

Theres actually a few new fisherman suplex combo moves that allow you to chain.
As for the new move feature. Maybe we'll get an updated shotgun dropkick for finn balor, where he does a sling blade and when prompted finn can Irish whip to the corner and do the shotgun dropkick

2k WONT do what we want. you should be able to do this with any grabbing move. like powerbomb/suplex/slam/chokeslam into something else multiple powerbomb/suplex/slam/chokeslam into something else. imagine HALF of the moveset GONE and replaced with other moves because you can take one move and chain into another until your stamina is gone or you pin or you just finish the move. i expect this to be like carry moves. which means it'll be limited

I can see Rollins top rope suplex having this combo, maybe a Superman punch spear combo for Roman similar to the combo already in the game
The button mash combo moves are better than just pressing analog stick & the light /heavy grapple button. I feel like that's the beginning stages of bring back create a finisher & create a move. Also 3 months later still begging them to fix the community creations crashing bug.

This opens up chain moves along side chain strikes with moves, much potential for expansive gameplay.
And why didn’t they add an entrance for Ivy Nile and the Creed brothers when they have legit been together since day one?? So annoying
GUYS: Also they added more selling from ai and ai awareness if you tweak your sliders the right way you can see the updates I was fighting jey USO for a while and he started holding his stomach and would be holding his head on the ground he also be on the ground on his hands and knees breathing for a while and I switched to him to what it's like to play once you get to that point he couldn't recover stamina and he couldn't run anymore and wasn't able to reverse big moves or do big moves 😂it was actually fun if you wanna know the sliders to see these changes lemme know I had a 25 min match due to them not giving up even though they both were injured by the end awesome update
Rhea Ripley's riptide still needs the pin combo, hope she gets it soon.

One thing they need to patch the slight grapple animation that goes with moves like super kicks or savate kicks. I liked the smoothness of just planting a kick without the grapple before hand.
I LIKE The Tombstone Piledriver Animation and the new HBK Superkick Animation
Stardust was removed from WWE Supercard as soon as Cody Returned.
(By removed I mean for any wrestler card, you could swap the image with a previous version or alt version. Such as Bray Wyatt can swap images with Fiend, Finn with Demon, Kayne with or without mask etc)
Unless you already have an old Cody swapped with Stardust’s image, the option is removed. But an old Stardust card can be swapped for Cody.
For whatever reason they were trying to keep this new Cody distanced from Stardust. I assume its the same with this 2k game as with 2k’s supercard.
I could see Undertaker's snake eyes having that new feature.
Batista bomb is a tired finisher aswell
I hoped for other moves like a new F5 or suplex city animations
