The finishers feel like they don’t trigger like they’re supposed to
Bruh first “they don’t have realistic finisher" now "they don’t trigger like supposed too" it’s a game not a perfect piece of art
@Omni_1k nah the issue is that there is a delay now in which it most likely means your opponent will attack you before you can hit signatures and finishers
@@FAMOUS_OMNI2Kbruh he’s saying that because of the patch, when trying to trigger a finisher, it doesn’t react aswell as it did before the patch

@Omni_1k It's not just a him issue. I was playing it a few hours ago and usually when you hit a finisher on someone it can be hit quickly and easily. Now you have to wait for your opponent to stop staggering before you can hit your finisher. It feels really wonky to play with.
I agree, I’d love a slow crawl to pin after a “tired finisher”. Mix that with a slow ref count and you really have some fun drama.
I hate that when you do a tired finisher they don’t stay down to crawl over for the pin but you have to mess with the slides to make them stay down

I want Shawn Michaels' action, when he was Irish Whipped into the turnbuckle, back...and Chain Wrestling and Squash Matches...also, the ability to open straps should be added back too...
Anything remotely realistic was finished in 2k20 they not ever bringing that back, we are now back in 2003 with 2K as our THQ...

@AlphaGamingClub bro, I kinda liked those THQ games, though...THQ games used to have good graphics and mechanics for games made back then, they were revolutionary...2K doesn't do stuff like that, they've been making the same thing over and over again...I believe 2K23 is still better in a lot of ways, compared to the previous editions, but it still lacks that "revolutionary change", ykwim...
It's good to have both 2K19 and 2K23 just incase u wanna visit any missed gameplay features.

One thing I've noticed that isn't working properly after the update is if you like to simulate matches like I do the CPU does not go for signatures
I hope one day we can assign different portraits to both attires, and maybe even assign different entrances to alt attires
Be nice to see them do a KOTR Tournament available for Universe mode but we might have to wait until the next game with fingers crossed.
I only noticed signatures don't trigger the same can do it when there only where there allowed to move is when not when the stunned or staggered
I hope they'll fix the signature moves having delay to be triggered. Also, tired finisher animations appear when the stamina isn't even low
They need to release an "emergency update" for the broken signatures and finishers, it completely breaks the fluidity and immersion of the game!

It's always 2 steps forward, 1 step back with the WWE games. Hopefully eventually these issues will be resolved, and 2K will have a solid foundation to build upon (but I doubt it).
They need a brand new engine.
They removed quick grapples for 2k22. They still haven't returned the mechanic. That is more than a few steps back. They've got a good ways to go
No they'll take 2 years off again to put in another major gameplay system instead of making sure their game is optimized.

@@ziggymarley8498 Its a big deal. It as big as if they had removed Irish whips or top rope dives. It was a core mechanic. Now matches are slower, stagnant, and unsmooth. To say nothing of all the wrestlers whose styles clash with this removal.
I love that tired finishers are back. I do however feel like you get up way to quickly after hitting it.
Tired finishers also happens with regular moves.I have been hit with non finishers and people were tired

My finishers and signatures are not working properly and sometimes not at all
If you want Paul Heyman to auto populate as Roman's manager then you have to go specifically to Roman under the roster and under manager make Heyman the level 3.
He still doesn’t come out. It doesn’t even matter.

9:08 Don't worry the same thing happens with Mynba eras mode on Nba 2k23.
They even lock certain bball players behind MyTeam just like WWE 2k23.

With 2k22 they did add some of the Faction attires to the main game by the Fall. So maybe we’ll get that as well with this game. I think it’s great to add more. Especially if it frees up my limited CAW spots for other wrestlers and attires
Universe mode is really starting to bug me. I can't get all my MITBs booked on the PLE unless I do them manually. And despite the setting being turned off, random teams are still forming.
The "bug" part lol. It's been bugged me. The entrances still don't work,I hate the tag teams,no open intros for shows to see the crowds and arena.
Sometimes MITB auto cashes in and you have the same character facing themselves in the match smh.
If you make a custom arena with war games it'll change the arena to the NXT arena 🤦🏾🤷🏾
And I haven’t gotten one cash in
At this point I'm bout to wipe both slots and start over with my clean one.

The situation with the managers also happens to other tag teams like it happened with the new day for me but the entrance was still normal and the order was as well
Another thing after patch 1.10 is the Mandy Rose from WhatsTheStatus seems to bug your game if you try to use it in universe mode after the latest patch I know that since it took me 2 and a half hours yesterday to get the character removed from my game so I could continue with my universe mode which I almost had to wipe clean.
Hey they really need to make the "WOAH" louder during the cody rhodes entrance, you barely here it😂. Hope they update his entrance as well
I hope they realize that hiding stuff behind my faction that should be in the game to begin with just pisses the fans off more and doesnt make us want to play it but makes us go "thats stupid" ect..

Am I the only one that’s experiencing the barricade entrance glitch ? They just broke that too during there intros the videos don’t appear anymore

Well for me, the auto select for manager slots hasn’t worked since the game came out and sometime it will only let me select one or two people to come out with
Small nitpick but Tiffany’s Stratton’s Moonsault not being a Finisher (it’s a normal springboard corner) is disappointing
Also the Liger bomb is glitched it does no damage at all
No, tiffany has the finisher. Is called BME and it has to perform the move from the middle turnbuckle

These new updates are awesome. On my PS5 I was able to get lake area and I uploaded to my non serious channel.

Custom sideplates used to make a Championship all black... now it does not do so however if I put the title on another superstar the custom sideplates doesn't change :/...
2K is getting up there with EA. I cannot get universe mode to work properly. Every time I create one, tag teams split up, immediately. Scheduling matches is a nightmare. Had the royal rumble schedule 3 royal rumbles. Never has a title match as the main event for any PPV, championships are chipping badly. This game just doesn’t do any of the basic stuff. Side plates bend like rubber when a superstar raises it or celebrates with it. That’s basic stuff. It’s a metal plate. Why on earth would it bend in the middle?!?! Just make a decent game 2K. That 2 years off didn’t really help. I don’t know how many animations that are still in the game from the SVR series. We’re in the 8th generation of consoles! Supposed to be “Next Gen”. Make a f*cking next gen game! This will be my last purchase unless there are leaps, huge leaps, taken to ensure that this game is not complete dog sh*t!
Why is it that people that pay over $100 for a game, have to test their game and have a workaround for things that should just be right from the get go. I truly am sick of 2K, and I would really like a different developer with a fresh perspective, and a better attention to detail than what is offered here. It’s a damn shame because I really do enjoy some aspects of the game, but others, leaves me scratching my head.
@Toxic Masculinity yeah they’ve done the best they can. I just feel like the lack of attention to detail is a huge thing. That and trying to re code so many things from a long history of Yukes mechanics.
Like it blows me away. The Smackdown 2002 arena looks really damn good. Then the Raw 2002 arena completely dropped the ball. Wrong coloured ring posts and the ramp isn’t lit up. It’s like the art team didn’t bother to watch a few shows on tv to see the details.
As an artist myself , that is just lazy. That’s what you’re paid to do. Replicate the authenticity and the fine details that lend itself to a polished product .
Im hoping that on the next patch they will change the title belts into bigger sizes especially the old big gold heavyweight belt😅 and add the dx version of triple h from 2k22
After you set up match options in exhibition match if you exit and go back in the options change back to default
Idk if it's just me but trio entrances don't work most of the time in universe mode
When I select a title match I have to manually select the title when my guy us the title holder
I've notice if you make any changes for entrances from the main menu you can't save it to a specific universe slot the prompt only pops up when you change something from victory.

Updated yesterday and I was so excited. First match I go into the crowd and immediately crash. So I try again and crash again
Glad I watched this I guess cuz I haven't really gotten the chance to check teams so I guess I'll have to look at that, also I guess good thing I haven't properly started Universe then but at the same time I'm a little annoyed that I'll probably have to rebuild it just to ensure the Rumble works properly since I've still made the rosters, teams, titles and custom PLE's as well 🙄 also I don't know if anybody else has noticed this but still a problem is in exhibition and only exhibition every time I load up the game I have to redisband Toxic Attraction, Jinder and Shanky and The Dirty Dawgs cuz every time I reload it puts them back together it's annoying, but also speaking of teams since in exhibition you can anyway I made The Way 4 different groups so that Indi and Candice could have their proper stuff, then there's The Way of Gargano and Lumis, then The Way of Gargano and Candice and of course it wouldn't be complete without In-Dex also being it's own team and then I just made all 4 of them managers to each other
Match options change back to default when going back into match options from character screen
Non of these models I found exciting or felt that I wanted to even consider downloading.
Thanks for the cOntent brother Tired finishers are fire. Game super fun when you have everything organized like you want it A lot of manual labor but I believe it’s one of the best parts of the game being able to edit ,also very frustrating furthermore, I’m glad I got to fix my tags teams n the managers slots last patch which been working great and my match table as well With the proper percentage’s although there was a match karion Kross on the left side with his manager vs shemaus with the brawling brutes as his managers. But karion kross entrance didn’t trigger with scarlet only the the brawling brutes. Is it because karion kross was place on the left side of the screen .I believe so

I believe in created arenas, the stage lighting is fixed in small studio arenas. Ive noticed i can see my created wrestlers on stage no matter the lighting, where as before i barely seen them on stage.
I noticed when jumping back into my ongoing MYGM game after the update, established tag teams are still hit or miss. I thought the new fix was going fix this. I suspect it has to be a new save for these fixes to take effect. I’m gonna try that out after I finish this season.
A few things that still have not been addressed pretty much since games release. Logos not showing up online for created for other player. As in If I am playing with a friend and both using a created we don't see each others logos/ textures etc.
Anything more then 3 person (tag, fatal 4 way etc) using entrance turned on the game crashes during match.
Since the latest update The OC don't seem to be able to be used Online. Tried 4 times yesterday with ALL in game superstars my friend and I being the OC and the match would not load.
The O and X buttons switched up during submissions and when fighting out off carries. It's confusing now
@Assemble when they win the royal rumble, they main event in elimination chamber. happened to me multiple times
To search for hidden my faction...OR they could just add the content to the game instead of wasting slots.
Same goes for The OC entrance it’s just AJ titantron and won’t show OC
I still sometimes see wrestlers whiff on moves and looks clumsy I seen orton go for a rko and miss the grapple for the rko
Online literally every other game people or myself get disconnected, never used to happen in previous game.
Loving the "new" tired system. Essentially just copied/pasted some old files, but forgot the crawl+pin animation.

We still not have Cody’s music for his alternate attire and rko- bros entrance and victory motion and we still can’t take off the strap’s off of wrestlers for the next patch

Entrance videos playing on the barrier in the universe mode is hit or miss for more than a couple superstars. It plays the area video, not the superstars as It should

Does anyone else have a problem where grounded finishers like Seth's stomp or Roman's corner spear don't work in break out after the match if you gave a finisher built up?
I wish that 2k puts in show intro in universe mode like when you start a show in universe mode like raw it plays raw intro
I want to do a tournament for my custom womens championship and the only options are male superstars titles (in game ones) the others are not an option. No referees in custom arenas, bad lighting in custom arenas, community creations resetting to superstars after a new hashtag and then taking forever to load
This has been a day one issue that fucking annoys me to no end I just didn't think many people noticed or care bc nobody brings it up. Or maybe its just my disc but in CREATE A ENTRANCE I want to say maybe 70 to 80% of the light show options have no lighting lol, some are way off but there are almost no option and the few we have are repeated a few times each. I am very happy advance create a entrance is back but we had a solid lighting options since like Smackdown here comes the pain. I been praying a patch update will either fix all of them or atleast add some new lighting options with the DLC. Honestly it be cool if we can edit the lighting more indepth ( maybe a color palate like in create a arena for arena lighting... Get to pick each lights color, or have multiple options, add or take away strobe lighting, get to customize some new color schemes, fuck around with arena darkness, spot lights etc... Really help us make entrances next level detailed. I payed $700 for my PS5 to play WWE ( adding up all my day 1 games, 2 controllers and a 8 TB external hardrive so not bad tbh, ps5 was like 450 500 ish. ) it be nice to have a wrestling game that far succeeds my PS3/ 360 games from 15+ years ago. If I knew that we would move maybe 3 inches in this 10 mile jog in 15 years in the scheme of where we could be disappoints me lol. I hate shiting on 2k for no reason problem is they give me dozens if not 100 reasons lol. I could make a novel rant from glitches, half finished released games, weak legacy roster, pathetic download space ( I think we all want 250 to 500 CAWs but what we atleast need is 5 to 10,000 image slots ) lack of easy fan service like skins creators make. 2k should add them so to not waste caw or image slots. Sad part is I cant even download 100 caws bc I have no space lol... Around 70.... After limiting it to 1 skin each... Pathetic.
I’m so tired of workarounds. I’ve been having to find solutions to problems for this series for half a decade. I just want a game that does what it says it will do.
Forget about new additions (outside of the wrestlers). Just make what’s already there work.
If you do a non title match with a manager like Roman reigns and Paul heyman, the victory motion is a tag team.

I would definitely say about this game it makes my system overheat which makes my system turn off not good all my other games don't do that

I'm currently most upset that I can't even progress no further in MyFaction, PROVING GROUNDS, Chapter 3, Ascension, Odd Couples, Match 3... Because It's a tag team match with no existing the ring, but as soon as the illegal tag team partners both step into the ring, the ref proceeds with the 5-count for them to exit the ring... But there is no exiting, I switch to the illegal partner, and still can't even exit the ring myself... So, I'm thinking we're both counted out, it's a draw, right? Nope, Xia Li and Raquel Rodriguez win every time, even though both partners are in the ring illegally and can't exit... So, Proving Grounds is at a complete stop right now, there is no getting pass this glitch... Some bullshit, they need to fix immediately! 🤬

I was deleting some DLC Caws and for some reason it broke one of my DLC caws that I was not deleting so that their photo doesn't work anymore. I tried downloading it again and it was still broken.
Tired finishers look funny because they don't sell whatsoever. If the superstars stayed on the ground for a while, it would add some drama as to who will get up first.
The CAW REF's and superstars are NOT working anymore after this 1.10 update !!! Witty226 mostly got this going... I play on Xbox Series X though, have you heard anything for a work around or anybody else out there know? I deleted ALL and tried another, didn't work sadly !!!!!
Hey assemble do you know if tired finishers work with caws or is it a main roster specific thing
they work with caws and even if you put them as normal moves, not just finishers. Tested it.
I hope they put also the new World Heavyweight Championship on the patch, not the created championship version

I can't bring myself to play 2k23, I bought it, played it for just 3 weeks and was totally board of it.
This doesn't feel like a wrestling game anymore.
It just feels like a generic beat em up game.
AEW FF is an exciting prospect though.
This Universe mode RR issue is also in '22, it's annoying asf. I'm disappointed they ignored addressing it.

For the second time they're update deleted one of my custom wrestlers I had to download him off of community creation
What is the point of tired finishers if they literally jump straight back up in 2 seconds. Just like the injured ref count feature, nice idea but very poor execution.
