    Ingredients Quantity
    Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
    Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
    Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
    Green Peas boiled 1 cup
    Spinach blanched 1 cup
    Capsicum chopped ½ no.
    Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
    Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
    Green Chillies chopped 3-4 no
    Cumin Powder ½ tsp
    Salt to taste
    Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
    Potato (boiled and grate) 1 no
    Bread Crumbs 2 tbsp + for coating
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Cheese cut into small cubes 10-12 no
    Chaat Masala for sprinkle
    Mint Sprig for garnish
    Oil for cooking
    Method:-
    1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan; add cumin seeds and sauté till it splutters.
    2. Add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and sauté for 1 min or till garlic is brown in color.
    3. Add boiled green peas and blanched spinach, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
    4. Add capsicum, turmeric powder, mix well and sauté for another 1 min.
    5. Add red chilli powder, chopped green chillies and cumin powder, mix well and sauté till mixture is dry.
    6. Remove in mixer jar and grind it.
    7. Remove in bowl, add chopped coriander, potato, bread crumbs and corn flour, mix well.
    8. Add salt and mix well
    9. Take bread crumbs in the plate, take one portion of mixture roll it in bread crumbs and Stuff the cheese cube and shape it into tikki and Coat again with bread crumbs and set aside.
    10. Place the prepared tikki on heated pan and roast till brown in color from both the sides.
    11. Pour 1 tsp of oil all over the tikkis and roast from both side till crisp.
    12. Remove the tikkis in a servicing plate and sprinkle some chat masala, garnish with mint sprig and serve hot with green chutney.
