    Yesterday, I ran after about a month away. What a perfect way to move through the DOMS. I love your instruction so much. Your movement cues and modifications are always so clear and easy to follow, while allowing me to move and breathe through MY yoga journey.

    Heyy! This was exactly what i been needed! I got my pelvis broke in 2 places a few years ago & no surgery & yoga helped me learn how 2 walk then. Fast forward almost 3 years later i still do it every day about 2 times a day. This video targeted areas that i beeeen trying to get at. So thank you as always Nico!!!!     Love this stretch! I'm 29 turning 30 in may and I'm just now starting my flexibility journey. If you could please do more videos on how to become more flexible for beginners who might be late to the game I'd appreciate it! Thank you

    Pop lock and drop it.
    This flow truly allowed me to find ease. Tension release. The music was so on point for the breath work. Thank you for the V needed reminder for consistency. You just be reallly reallly INTENTIONALLY timely with this. Fd around and got a crook (crank) in my neck and the opening of this… gave me more mobility 🤌🏾🫡💓💓💓💐
    Ps the hip opening was everything

    The only problem I had difficulty with was trying to grab my foot back during the lunge. lol I was a little wobbly, but on the other side wasn't as bad....overall, I liked this practice a lot. Great way to open your body up more. Thanks Nico 🕉🧘🏾‍♀️✨️
