So thankful for your videos. I love your humble style of sharing good information that helps people. It seems like the health/fitness industry is full of people claiming to have the answers while saying everyone else is doing it wrong. It can be very confusing to wade through it all.
Great video. I've been too chicken to go up to this machine at my gym, most who use it are guys but I have seen some females use it. I'm a woman and have been wanting to use it. I usually stick to free weights and different upper body machines. I will watch this video again and try the excersises this week. They are just what I needed it, your explanation was so clear. Thank you!
