    I’m getting old and I’m trying to get my body some strength. I was standing next to this machine this morning trying to figure out how to use it without embarrassing myself lol. After along search on UA-cam I came across your video so happy to find it. You got new subscriber for the excellent demonstration and explaining for those who are new to the gym and want to improve their health. Keep up the good work and please teach us how to use more machines at the gym it’s so overwhelming for the new gym goer.

    Wow!!! Thank You so much for explaining how to use this machine...I have been wanting to use this machine sooooo bad at my gym., but didn't know how...Only 1 thing I wish you should have told us in the beginning was how to position each level of the machine, the floor pedals, the arms, the different levels. Anyway love, love, the video...Thank You!!!

    Is the pin for the weight stack supposed to have a piece of rubber on the end of it? Or is that supposed to be removed????

    • @Amofitnesstraining
      @Amofitnesstraining  6 років тому

      It’s supposed to have some kind of rubber piece or curb at the end of the pin to keep it secure.

    Can you build muscle with this machine??

    • @Amofitnesstraining
      @Amofitnesstraining  8 років тому +1

      +jason mangone Yes it does. Using this machine helps build your core strength, generates power and helps you burn calories. It's like using free weights but with less stress on your joints and that targets fast twitching fibers that helps you build muscle. Give it a try after doing your compound movements and let me know. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙂

    Take one of Doug Brignole's "Brig 20" courses and / or buy his book
    (Watch his UA-cams)
    He shows how to use this machine for maximum anatomical efficiency and effectiveness.
    I got one of these machines for Christmas
    I'm doing 4 half-body workouts per week
    75 minutes each
    Love it
    Far less stressful on joints and Vertebrae
    Who wants to be squatting 350 by themselves in the basement when they're 70 years old?!?
    ( I'm 70 😎😝🙄🤣👍)

    I watch this video every time I’m doing this exercise and what think I’ve notice is that the more I pay attention to the instructions word to word I do it properly!!!
