    Wise words there for sure. I was born 37 years ago in a village in Poland, we were eating what was available and not a lot was. I live in UK from 12 years, everything you can think of is in the shop, I can afford whatever I want to eat so why choose to eat sh|t
    One thing that works for me is I cook massive pots of flavourful dishes, tally up macros for the whole pot, divide into portions and freeze. Then I either cook potatoes, quinoa, rice or pasta once every 3 days a defrost one as lunch for work.
    One dish I love is 3kg chicken diced chicken breast cooked on 100g coconut oil, 2 onions, one garlic bulb, whole butternut squash, whole aubergine, whole courgette, pack of green beans, can of chickpeas, 3 jars of either green or red Thai Curry paste, a can of coconut milk. I divide that into 20 portions and have delicious nutrient dense sauce for rice/quinoa 10 carbs, 15 fat 36 protein 335kcal. Hope this helps somebody.

    The best diet forever on the planet, since the beginning of the human Kind is that simple:
    Meat, Fish, Eggs, Raw Milk, Fruits, some veggies and honey, water. You will drop weight without doing any cardio if you are overweight.

    Thanks for sharing your weekly shop. I look forward to your vids. My diet for the last month is similar to yours. I lost 54 lbs over 6 months a few years ago and the mistake I made was not getting anywhere near enough protein every day. I was eating probably 70 - 90g a day which I now know is nowhere near enough. I'm 6'0, just uner 200 lbs (goal weight 180). Got into a relationship and put 35 lbs back on so now I'm back on the diet. 14 lbs down, 16 more to go, and eating way more protein. Do you take any supplements? Most mornings I have a protein shake with a banana, and a glass of supergreens.

      Hey man congrats on all your weightless first of all. Keep going too! I pretty much eat the same things most of the day. I mix it up with some fruits here and there but keep it pretty similar.

    the is the best advice you could find in any fitness youtube video , all of these clowns in the bodybuilding influence space always complicate things
