The stability exercises are very effective and I do theme when I workout.
When you think you have it, close your eyes and try it. Very hard.

Another good way is to so soft sand running. Navy seal BUD prep program said so. Strengthens that lower leg area good.
Take a shot every time he says ''go ahead''.
