💕I've said it for years... Scorpions is an extremely underrated band. And Klaus Meine is an underrated singer. His voice is absolutely amazing💕

They are imho the most successful german band outside Germany. Or were for a long time. I guess Rammstein have caught up.

I am a bigger fan of Maiden and other bands, but when it comes to pure singing talent. In my opinion NO ONE beats Klaus. Absolutely no one.

Quite possibly the best Rock ballad of all time.
European bands are still cranking out incredible ballads, their sound obviously influenced by this Era. But you may be right, this song hit the sweet spot, and Klaus' voice is so incredible.

Klause Meine is a fantastic vocalist. Check out Loving You Sunday Morning, Wind of Change, Blackout, Send Me An Angel. Just to name a few. I absolutely love your reactions. You always make me smile and let me hear a song again, but it's like the 1st time...if that makes sense

I have seen them and concert about a dozen times and they always have been great!
He has such a heavy German accent when he speaks it’s hard to understand him I joke and say please sing to us so we can understand you!
My son's father used to play the piano and sing this for me and sometimes playing the guitar. He was great at it. He passed away in 2018 do to cancer he fought for 6years.

He remarked in interviews that this was a huge hit single from 1984 about a breakup... but he & his wife Gaby have been happily married since he was a penniless rock singer in the 70's...

One of my favourite Scorpions songs. This is the shorter single version. The song is longer on the album and even better. Other great Scorpions songs: Blackout, No One Like You, Send Me An Angel, Coast to Coast, When Passion Ruled The Game.

I’m not a huge Scorpians fan as his voice annoys me but my husband?! BIG TIME scorpians fan. With that said, this is my favorite song from them because it’s an amazing song and everybody should love this song.
Haunting is the correct word on this. I first heard this song as a youth. while we were visiting an old cabin site in Minnesota where we used to have family reunion vacations. The place was run down and this song was blaring from some place. It was kind of appropriate for the scene. But I fell in love with the song. This was in the 80s.

This is my favorite Scorpions tune. Klaus’ voice gives me chills; he’s so great. There’s a version of this that they did later in their career, and it’s with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra backing them up. It’s amazing. I only saw them once, but I’ll never forget it. “Wind of Change” has to be next from them. 💜💜💜
Scorpions are one of the greatest rock bands of all-time. If you get a chance, go see them in concert before it's too late. They're nearly at the end and have already reduced their touring. I'm lucky to have seen them 3 times and it was a different show every time, they always mix it up. Very tight and heavy band.

Seen this in concert it was badass!
My teenage yrs were in the 80's era. Graduated high school in 1991. The Scorpions were & STILL are my all time fav. A connection to my past that Scorpions had major part in. I'm a woman & women loved the Scorpions as well as did the men. In my school days we'd cover our school books w/brown paper bags. This left much surface for drawing space & BELIEVE ME, I wrote & drew the Scorpions on every book cover!!! Twisted Sister was HUGE when I was in 6th grade along w/Motley Crue. The boys would bring their Ghetto Blasters (is what we called these big carry w/you cassette boom boxes. 7th grade was Prince. In school these bands EVERYONE talked about & listened to. Scorpions I knew very well due to my father..was adult music at the time tho my era too BECAUSE had already made their mark while making their mark again & again. My father had a stereo system out of this world. He had the best available & EVERY album. Soon as album came out he would be the first to get it. We couldn't stomp through the house at all. Skipping a record would be Hell to pay. My ears heard music that kids in school didn't know yet. I remember when Quiet Rriot came out, remember Accept, Fastway, OF COURSE Aldo Nova already in there along with Alan Parsons (STILL LISTEN TODAY), Gary Newman, Peter Gabriel & ALL of Genesis then to Phil Collins, Zebra (SO LOVED) & more that my ears heard & listened to as a child into early teens my father played daily. My dad was a music buff. Every Saturday our house was packed for a party where this music played all night long. Yes, went to bed with loud music on. I'd lay in bed hoping to hear this song & that song. Days I still reminisce.. A time precious to me. Scorpions brings me there every time I listen to them.

Klaus Meine. That voice is so beautiful that I get chills when he sings. He is small in stature but he's 6'5" tall when he hits "love, our love" in the song.

Scorpions is easily my favorite hair band. I think they should have used this song for a You preview or montage for season one. If listened to in the right way it can give you that creepy stalker vibe that Joe portrayed following Beck around after their break up.
