I just used this liquid mozzarella and I'm very impressed. It tasted nice and light, had a great texture, and just like you said, it bubbled and browned. I like it a lot. :)
Thank you!!! It’s much easier to evenly add to pizza. And it truly melts/hardens up like traditional mozzarella on pizza. The texture is spot on and it’s browns up nicely. Hope that helps.
@@MsVegan Wow, such a quick reply, as well…I appreciate U.😁 Yes, this helps a lot, cuz I wasn’t super fond of the solid one.😬 Now I just need to find a bottle of it to try.🧐 I hope U have a blessed night!🌱💚
Hi! I watched your video before baking a pizza using the liquid mozzarella last night. My husband loved it, but I thought the cheese was sort of bland and blended in with the sauce. Maybe I didn't bake it long enough? It looked dry on top but wasn't firm at all. Still felt liquidy to me. What temp was your oven? I used Trader Joe's pre-baked crust so I set the oven to 400 instead of 500. Thanks!
It would be helpful to see or learn what temperature . . . and other elements of making it you used.

Yay!!!! Yes I was quite surprised!
If this is anything like their cashew cheese wheels, IM IN! This brand is so good 😊

Its amazing if used the right way!! She does it right. =)
That really does look amazing, Wow! I love her and her brand.
Me too! And thank you!
I tried this product and I LOVED it.
Yay!!!
Yep! This cheese is amazing!!
best review so far of Miyoko"s pizza mozz
Thank you!!!
Omg that looks so good!
I'm just about to try to cook a pizza with it tonight
Yay!!! Let me know how it turns out!
@@MsVegan it was pretty good. I like the texture, not overly gooey. I bet it would be good in mac n cheese or quesadillas
Hi, & thank you for the speedy & great review! If possible, can U please tell me how it compares to the 1st (more solid-ish) mozz?

I cooked it at 475. Took a little longer but I waited until the cheese settled and hardened. ❤️
I agree, the cheese has no flavor. it just took on the flavor of the sauce.
What temperature did you cook the pizza
at 375 degrees
@@MsVegan I either burn the cheese or not melt it enough. One of my least favorites
Yum
Thank you!
What size pan was that and where did you get it?
Its a Wilton Non Stick Pizza pan from Walmart.
This is crazy
looks great but I'd have added a ton of garlic
It obviously can’t be as good as real cheese, but it’s banging on the door! Who invented this stuff?🤣🤣🤣🤦♂️
