    I just used this liquid mozzarella and I'm very impressed. It tasted nice and light, had a great texture, and just like you said, it bubbled and browned. I like it a lot. :)

      @@MsVegan it was pretty good. I like the texture, not overly gooey. I bet it would be good in mac n cheese or quesadillas

    Hi, & thank you for the speedy & great review! If possible, can U please tell me how it compares to the 1st (more solid-ish) mozz?

      Thank you!!! It’s much easier to evenly add to pizza. And it truly melts/hardens up like traditional mozzarella on pizza. The texture is spot on and it’s browns up nicely. Hope that helps.

    Hi! I watched your video before baking a pizza using the liquid mozzarella last night. My husband loved it, but I thought the cheese was sort of bland and blended in with the sauce. Maybe I didn't bake it long enough? It looked dry on top but wasn't firm at all. Still felt liquidy to me. What temp was your oven? I used Trader Joe's pre-baked crust so I set the oven to 400 instead of 500. Thanks!

      I cooked it at 475. Took a little longer but I waited until the cheese settled and hardened. ❤️

      I agree, the cheese has no flavor. it just took on the flavor of the sauce.

    What temperature did you cook the pizza

    What size pan was that and where did you get it?

      Its a Wilton Non Stick Pizza pan from Walmart.
