Nah I'm taking biotin and it makes me really drowsy and tired as hell. I don't have low iron. I think whatever is in biotin just makes us naturally drowsy
Wasn't using this brand but it certainly worked for me.. even my sparse eyebrows got thicker,darker and are filling up🤗🤗🤗 my nail game also improved... never really measured hair but it definitely helped my edges recover! Skin improved,i got that glow now,no break outs noted. (3months of use now)

They smell horrible the gummies smell good. You probably didn’t get the same exact thing as her cause I’m a nurse and this smells horrible to me

When I opened them up, it smells like old chocolate milk that has been left out for a while.
I used these one in the past and love it . Now I’m on the gummies as they don’t have a lot of vitamins and I’m cool with it

When reading about how Paul and Salis got beaten and thrown in jail, and how they still prayed and worshiped God...
Well, at first it scared me because of how hard the persecution was for them. It made me think, if I would go through something like that or similar. Maybe some of you guys think like this as well. You and I both need to stop getting scared of the battles God allows to play in others and even our life. This show's that our faith is not in God, and that we're doubting him!
We need our perspective to be changed. Instead of me fearing how Paul and Salis was in jail.. I should have focused on the fact that they still worshiped God in the most of it!
I wasn't even the one to get beaten and thrown in jail etc...and I was still scared!
However Paul and Salis was and guess what they did? They praised and worshiped God!! They still had their faith in him!!! 💜🥰😇😇
If they can worship God being in that position, then we should allow that too inspire us as well!! 💜🥰😇
One thing God spoke to my heart was,
When we look at peoples battles (at least for me) especially the more intense ones, my attitude ends up being... How can God allow them to go through that when it looks like it's too much for them to bare.
The thing is....
These big intense battles, although it may seem like a lot from the outside.... GOD WILL NEVERRR GIVE US MORE THEN WHAT WE CAN HANDLE!! 💜😇
Our brothers and sisters have grown a lot SPIRITUALLY ☝💪☝💪😇😇 As we grow spiritually the battles will get bigger and bigger. But don't let that scare u... Bc they key word is .... " Growing Spiritually". When you grow spiritually you will learn more and more that a God will NEVER FAIL U! 💜😇😇 And you faith is getting STRONGER AND STRONGER IN GOD🥰💜😇 They weren't loosing their faith in God because God had already showed them through previous battles that he had their backs!!!
So even though it may seem like what they're/you're going through is too much!....REMEMBER that all these battles u faced... God was making you stronger and stronger 🙌🙏😇🙌🙏💪😇💙💙💙God won't just automatically give u a huge battle to deal with.....he's going to give u these little battles that will only get bigger and bigger to prepare u!!..so that you/your Trust and Faith in him can grow more and MORE!!
This doesn't mean that you won't worry, or have a little fear in you! Because trust me, Satan will do his best to knock you down and make u doubt God!! But the key is....to keep fighting! Encourage yourself!!! Sing praises and worship God!!!
REMEMBER... GOD WON'T GIVE U MORE THEN WHAT U CAN BARE💙🙌🙏🙌🙏🙌🙏
Think of it like this, when you exercise.... The more u work your mucles out the more pain and soreness u get. But in the end your mucles are building up more and more, and your getting stronger more and more💜➕🙌🙏

What was your results? Taking them for a year must have some type of effect. This is my second day of taking them. :) but I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins for maybe a month. The gummy type and no I’m not pregnant. I just heard there a better affects taking them. I told my nurse practitioner. She said all the vitamins I am taking are good. But those hair pills small terrible hahah

Girl I'm the same way when it comes to allergies. That's my biggest problem right now is what to replace my food allergies with. Sometimes I don't know what to eat.

Is it better than the pills are they about the same as far as your growth in hair skin and nails.
I’ve read that even though vitamin gummies give you some of what is on the box, your body doesn’t grasp all of the vitamins out of the actual gummies. Idk if it’s what companies make them out of or what. But if you’re looking for dramatic results always get the pills. You don’t have to always take the dose of the box if you’re sensitive. Start off slow. It says take 3 see what 2 does. If it makes you feel wonky, then take one a day ❤️

The Truth I never get the gummies is in anything, because it takes soooo many gummies to even come close to what is all in a regular capsule. Capsules are the best way to go
The good thing is the pills don’t taste like their smell. 😂 Nature’s bounty are one of the best brands out there. Also works great if you are into GNC Lean shakes as well.

I really like taking these as I feel like they have helped me to grow my hair out fast after cutting it all off.
I took my empty bottle with me to the health food store hoping to either get the exact same brand or something better.
Comparing the nutrition labels side-by-side, I noticed that this product has the most biotin plus more of the other good stuff for nail and hair-growing, more so than the expensive brands at whole foods.
Something that confuses me though is that when I looked it up online and read someone's review of it, they showed pictures of long, hard, oblong shaped pink pills. 🤔
Yours look like dark pinkish oval softgels. 🤔
And mine were round, flat white pills, with tan flecks. 🤔
But the packages all looks the same.
I think I got mines from Kroger too, it's the same brand and strength. But I wonder why the pills look differently?

@@ms.rolltide256 the gummies work though. I gained back weight I had lost, my anxiety went away, my face was looking so nice and glowy, my hair grew strong and thicker, it gave me energy. I only took one gummy a day, not even the recommended two.
