I heard that when you start taking them, you have to keep taking them consistently every day for at least five months before you stop. That’s just something to keep in mind 🤷🏾♀️

I’m not gonna lie, they definitely made my hair thicker and my skin was gorgeous and glowing with these but it made me put on major weight fast then my body went back to normal when I stopped. 😢 anytime I take collagen, it makes me put on weight super quick. I’m about to go back to the original ones and see how they do. For anyone having the same experience as me, I recommend centrum beauty😍they grow my hair fast as well as my nails without the weight gain. They are just always sold out or super expensive online lol buy at Walmart definitely if you can❤️
Just don't stop taking them. Tho I did and broke out horrible omg. Now I'm spot treating with tea tree oil so upset. I love the orange ones. Get them on sale by one get one free at cvs

I am currently taking l vitamins but no gummies vitamin I came real close purchasing gummy vitamin and the reason why I did not buy them because. I was scared that they was going to taste so good that I was going to be eating them like candy . Thank you for sharing your results.

I barely have skin problems, but literally 2 days right after I took these dummies for the first time, I started breaking out. But the first day I took 3 dummies, then the 2nd day I took 2. Don't think I had a breakout because I took 3 dummies on the first day though.
I'm wondering if anyone is drinking a half - a gallon of WATER daily & actually following the directions on the bottle? U can NOT take any vitamin & NOT get that water in to flush It's difficult to receive a review when the person didn't follow the instructions & skip days!
Thank you for your comment. I only drink water, and at that time I had a demanding job which lead me to drink more than a half a gallon daily. I did follow the instructions, given that this was my first time taking these kind of vitamins. I didn’t purposely “skip days”. Life happens and sometimes you can forget. I am only giving my viewpoint about it, there are plenty of others who had a better experience. I encourage everyone to try the vitamins out for themselves because my story is not your story.

I'm actually a licensed Cosmetologist & everyone's hair grows different some grow & some doesn't no matter what u use! Your experience is definitely not mines because WE are two different people! What doesnt work for u may work for me, so I like to hear reviews anyways to hear others experience. Over all my hair has always grown good but grows fast without vitamins because of the way I eat.
