If skybound is able to make a full-on invincible game, and a AAA one at that, DC is out of excuses to not give us a Superman game.
Well depends what they do if it’s a 3rd person action game or along those lines etc plus I could easily see it being stylized rather than realistic which gives certain luxuries but I agree they gotta but i mean im hoping the Wonder Woman game does that
I want a legit game that your able to be the strongest period without any catches to it and I want to be able to legit fly not a flight timer where u can only get 2 feet off the ground or be restricted to a hovering state like to many games go for. they never think big enough for my liking.

@@alexandercooke4201 More like 2028-2029... at the earliest. AAA games of this caliber on modern hardware take _at least_ 4-5 years of development. And that's with companies that already have 100s of employees and much higher budgets than this Invincible project. That's just the sad reality of how it is nowadays.
@loco_logic not really. Look at helldivers 2, that's a small gaming company that made that game and look at how successful it is.

And open world games are what really made gaming popular in the first place back in the early 2000’s and late 1990’s. Some people like to savor a game and live in it or that universe that they hold dear, by wasting that potential just for it to be a fighting game so that tryhards who compete for money to be happy, ruins the fun of gaming and turns into something not enjoyable. If have such a problem with it, I suggest you go play MK1, and be happy with Omni man.

I don’t know how to feel about it because it’s giving me the star citizen vibes with the crowdfunding because from what I remember that Star citizen is supposed to be a triple AAA game and we’ve barely heard anything from that game since 2014? I think, though I could be misremembering it but anyways I’m quite skeptical about this Invincible game being the triple AAA game that skybound is promising but we'll see. Imagine a Debby stealth sequence where we have to stay crouched and sneak around and then you have to play it maybe 3-4 time throughout the whole game

I was so happy when you said it wouldn't be a mobile game because that trailer stung when that part was revealed since it looked so good. My big hope is that they don't rush when making the game otherwise we could wind up with something similar to that Walking Dead game from last year.

Honestly the only way I can see this working is a open world type of game which has phases from the series which changes over time and you slowly unlock/lose characters based on where you are in the story and a pvp mode could easily be added, the game could easily have destructible environments and certain events that trigger huge map changes and with the animation style it could have clean solid graphics and be easy to run, they could even bring out DLCs if priced right and if it’s a constantly upgrading game that has a lot of free content it will gain a hugeeeee following
