I was 126 kg before 2021 sep Problem I was facing : 1. breathing issues 2. walking issue 3. always tired 4. bone weakness 5. low testosterone 6. low sexual desires 7. extremely low confidence 8. specially when shopping shop keeper straight away told that you are too fat to wear stylish clothes I took a challenge and decide that i would never be fat anymore I am now 79 KG the aforementioned problems are reversed I am writing after running two kilometers after intense gym session i have never been happy. and I give credit to those people who fat shamed me and i am now athletic

I lost 10 kg in 3 months with 23 hours of sitting & sleeping ( coz of stuyding ) and 1 hour of rigorous Gymming and controlled calorie intake. Mind you its not difficult to loose weight. I am in Medical Coding profession. In this profession, I have to process Hospital/patients health reports for their insurances. I am doing it since March 2022. And almost in 90% health notes, patient who have obesity, they are surrounded with following diseases: 1) Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (It links to most of the diseases such as circulatory, ophthalmic, Neuropathy, non-pressure ulcers etc.) 2) Depression (It can be mild, moderate, severe with or without psychotic behavior) 3) Chronic Kidney Disease (Stage 1-6) 4) Atherosclerosis (deposition of fats in blood carrying arteries) 5) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary/Lung Disease (Respiratory disorders) 6) Hormonal imbalance 7) Joints pain 8) Osteoporosis (bones become brittle due to sedentary lifestyle) 9) Erectile Dysfunction 10) Hyperlipidemia, Hypercholesteremia 11) Pressure ulcers (due to heavy body weight) and many other disorders.

I don't support fat shaming but there should be basic level of fitness so someone who's so fat that she/he can't even move should not b encouraged to be more fat. Actually, I think obesity is good for my self esteem. Coz I'm naturally shapely, and lose weight with stresses of life too. But, I don't take care of myself, and for past some years, I've been seeing the lowest lows of life. Sabotaged career, jobless, litigation with employer over unpaid salaries, no stable accomodation, completely friendless (UA-cam is my friend), and suffering from PTSD. When I see fat, obese people around me, I get a shot of self confidence. Plus, nature finds ways to get rid of excess consumers. Obesity is one way. So, I think if obese people want to continue being obese, let them. Anyway, body positivity is an escape mechanism for them. And they know it

Body positivity is i don't have the perfect body shape as that model, influencer, celebrity and i'm completely fine with normal body shape i have. Body positivity isn't i'm 125 kg overweight and celebrating it as if this is any kind of achievement.
The fatter you get, more food you consume, costlier clothes you need to buy, you'll need more medication to help with high blood pressure, diabetes and the flurry of other diseases that come with it. It's all a combined effort of food, fashion and pharmaceutical industries to grow their business by manufacturing trends like 'Fat is beautiful'. Someone may find it beautiful but it definitely isn't healthy. Being fat shamed is bad, but if taken as an advice from friends or family, it's for your own good as their intension is not to shame you but to avoid you from facing the inevitable consequences of obesity. So please don't fall pray to these western ideologies which are just here to milk your money for their capitalistic gains
