I put bananas, walnuts and fresh dates in my quinoa. Good too. If i can find some organic honey I'll throw that in there too. Too much fake honey being sold in stores. Thanks for the video

Im a beginner at cooking so I was totally lost by the instructions "bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes" Does this mean we have to turn off the heat after boiling and keep the lid on? Or do we keep it at low heat with the lid on? I tried that and the milk kept foaming out

Coconut milk is a lot better and it make it’s more creamy

Cook it open for 15 mins turn of heat and put the lid on and let it sit for another 10 mins. I’d actually cook it longer as I like my oatmeal mushy.
Can I sub the milk with water to cook with microwave?

You should try millet bc millet is much healthier than both of these and it doesn’t cut your abdominal wall and cause bloating bc it has no lectins
