I think many men make the mistake of trying to change too much at once when they want to improve their lives. They are like the guy who goes to the gym every day for a month and then quits forever. It's not about changing everything at once; it's more about gradually changing small habits over time. Step by step.
True, going from 7 bags of chips a week to 5 a week for 2 months and then 3 for the next 2 months is better then stopping all of a sudden. And then start buying better food gradually to replace it..
1. Not afraid to be direct 2. They live differently 3. Have a different level of entitlement - consume content - put into practice - review or analysis
Thank you for the honest truth , i think to go on a call with you only to hear that brutal truth and give me more encouragement and inspiration , yesterday decided to do the 30 days challenge on day game.
I just turned 34 and I get that ALL the time. I promise you that us millennials are aging like fine wine while the generation behind us look just as old, if not older than us already lmfao 💀
@@kinnyg27bruuu me tooo I’m 33 and everybody thinks I’m 27/28.. I’m 5’10 230 at that, already cocky as hell, I’d be wildin out if I was in shape tho 🤣🤣
Great advice, Kyle. One of the most annoyong things I've ever heard from men who make excuses is when they make fun of other guys who go to the gym. All you have to do is look on social media posts from Men's Health and other fitness companies with pics of jacked dudes. Read the comments. Almost immediately you can point out the men who have the mental discipline of a ferrit to consistently workout. These same dudes will buy those stupid t-shirts for "dad bods" instead of actually going to fix the problem 🤷
Kyle you look good for your age and I love the truthfulness of you perfect young man a lot of young men should watch your video very good mannerism perft

Bro! I like this video with subtitles. because not all of your viewers are fluent in English. This subtitle is very helpful. Please use subtitles in all your content 🤘
Anybody have any clothing brand recommendations I see I need help in my style department. I feel like I need to dress more mature rather than laid back I’m 31. Any advice would be appreciated
It's not about the brand, it's about the fit. I'm a slim 5'10 guy and when I wear tight fitting T-shirts for example my slim athletic body looks way better then when I wear baggy T-shirts. Also having different colours to work with is an important one - for different ocassions😎
How can we find ways to network with mentors and coaches? And how could we filter out the bs money scammers from legit, knowledgeable, tried-and-true mentors?
Damn, I'm tired hearing like this lol. Getting a girl is not a secret, you can learn how to get women without playing number games and without paying money lol. But whatever
You think this is bad communication? Go watch Wes Watson and then come back😄 This guy is a saint compared to most guys and especially compared to Wes Watson😂
The heads up you're giving is good. It's sort of like a drill Kyle is giving here, which could've been done in 8-10 mins as well.. He's just being very clear to all those guys pussying out eventually. So I guess his future video's will be more geared towards the more persistent kind of guys😎
