I used an angle grinder instead of a disc saw as a base for this machine. Perhaps, many of you will argue with me saying that it is not proper and dangerous. But don't you worry, as I tried to protect myself, everything will be alright!

In this video, I wanted to show you how I made everything myself and the way it works in as much detail as possible, so that you could make yourself the same sawing machine if you wish. As for the price, it all, including a grinder, disc, frame, and so on, cost me $80. The mobile table cost me $100. About $20 more was spent for all the other accessories (trend guide, carriage roller) required for a ready-to-work sawing table. Summarizing the above, a quite good and convenient sawing machine can be assembled for $200, and it will be no worse than $800 machines. And if you elaborate on every detail, save a bit, and substitute laminated plywood for the mobile table with the plain plywood, such a machine will cost you $120-140.

Gute Idee . ich habe so etwas schon einmal gebaut aber Die Flex hat nicht lange gehalten sie ist Abgeraucht. es wahr eine 125 er mit 1200 watt habe sie Nachher gegen eine Große getauscht 280 er mit 2000 watt dann ging es ein paar stunden und das Getriebe hat sich Aufgelöst und der Spaß wahr vorbei.

I've considered building a similar project for myself but it makes me wonder how long the blades would last, the grinder is a 10- 12,000 rpm tool while most saw blades are only rated for 6500 and less, flying shrapnel in the shop is not what you want, especially when you're standing right behind it,
