    I started looking into cycle synching I began about 2 months and it was hard at first with my changes with food and giving myself grace . But I love cycle syncing now. I also just began my gut health and omg what a positive difference.

    To me, taking Omega-3 supplements (which lower the level of prostaglandins) has been LIFE CHANGING. From horrendous menstrual cramping to literally nothing. Hope this helps. It doesn't hurt to give it a try for a month :)

    Kyla you look glowing!! Pink is your color 🩷 I loved this video so much especially when you talked about being a woman and appreciating our body that goes through a lot to be a woman. Birth control (I got depo) also ruined my health even more. What are your thoughts on heating pads during periods?

      Thank you so much 🥹 I LOVE heating pads during my period! Very warming and relieving obviously for the body. I just wouldn’t put it directly on my skin because I saw a social media post somewhere of a doctor talking about how it can leave permanent marks on your skin 😅

    Hi Kyla! Do you have any tips for women with LOW estrogen? very little bleeding etc. I know it can seem like a blessing but it wasn't always like this and now I also have other health issues. Thanks!

      Hi! Oh no! I’m so sorry you’re having issues. Have you gotten a complete hormone panel done? I personally like going to a holistic/integrative doctor because they will walk you through every step on how to balance your hormones through diet, supplements, and even sometimes exercise. Also, some foods that can boost estrogen (from my personal experience and research), are soybeans, tofu, edamame, flaxseeds, and red clover. Hope this helps in some way! 😕
