The library quilt continues to wow me. I love it in these fabrics. I love the Promise Me OR the grey stripe. I assume this is going to be a hanging quilt in your house for some time. I would put it on the wall where it is going to hang and decide whether it looks better framed in a lighter or darker fabric. So much of the impact of this quilt (at least on camera) is the perspective created by your fabric choices and placement. I would choose light or dark based on which fabric amplifies the perspective. So as much as I like a black and white check or stripe, it totally takes away from the perspective you have created and draws you to the border rather than draw you further into the bookcase. :). I'm really overthinking it. Fun!
