    moong dal suji dhokla.

    Ingredients:
    For Dhokla
    . 1 cup moong dal
    (soaked for 3 hours)
    . 2 tbsp suji (rava)
    . 3 - 4 tsp suagr
    . 1 tsp citric acid or
    (2 tbsp lemon juice)
    . 1 tsp salt
    (as per taste)
    . 1 tbsp oil
    . pinch of turmeric powder
    . 1/2 cup water
    . 1 pouch or 5 gms Eno
    (lemon flavour)
    . chopped coriander leves
    . For tempering
    . 2 & 1/2 tbsp oil
    . mustard seeds
    . pinch asafoetida
    . chopped green chilly
    (as per taste)
    . 6 - 7 curry leaves
    . 1 tsp sugar
    . pinch of salt
    . 1/4 cup water
    Method:
    . Wash moong dal
    and allow to soak
    it for 3 hours in water.
    . Drain water completely
    and transfer soaked
    moong dal in grinder jar.
    . Add sugar,citric acid,
    salt and 1/2 cup water,
    grind it for fine paste.
    . Add oil,turmeric powder
    and suji and again
    grind it for few second.
    . Transfer this batter
    in big bowl.
    . Grease little oil to
    a plate in which you
    want to set dhokla.
    . Allow to heat water in pan
    or steamer.
    . Add eno to dhokla batter
    and mix it quickly.
    . Transfer this mixture
    in plate.
    . Tap it on kitchen plate form.
    . Transfer this plate in
    steamer and cover it.
    . Allow to steam it for
    15 minutes on medium
    - high flame.
    . After 15 minutes
    transfer dhokla plate
    on kitchen platform
    and allow to cool
    for few minutes.
    . Cut dhokla in
    pieces.
    for tempering
    . Heat oil in a pan.
    .Add mustard seeds
    and allow to crackle it.
    . Add asafoetida,curry leaves,
    chopped chilly and saute it.
    . Add 1/4 cup water,salt,
    suagr and allow to boil
    this mixturer till sugar
    dissolved.
    . Pour this tempering
    on dhokla.
    .Sprinkle chopped coriander
    leaves.
    .Allow to rest dhokla
    for 10 minutes so
    that it will absorb
    tempering properly.
    . Seperate pieces
    and serve it.
    . Moong dal suji dhokla
    is ready.
    . Enjoy with green chutney,
    red chutney,or sauce.

    Tumhi jo kachecha bowl dakhavla to measuring cup evdha aahe ka. 1 cup mhanje kiti gram moog dal. Karan pratyakakade measuring cup astoch ase nahi. Normal amtichya vati peksha hi kachechi vatiothi vatate. Tevha grm sangitle tar bare hoil.

      ताजच करा कारण मिक्सरमधून काढल्यावर लगेच बँटर हलके झालेले असते, त्यामुळे ढोकळा मस्त फुलतो,
      फ्रिजमधील बँटर गार राहील, चांगला होईल की नाही सांगू शकत नाही
