What you were talking towards the end, reminded me of exactly what Cus always said: "Move after your every punch" when you said that the natural reaction of a person after getting hit is to hit back so you should move to dodge and come back again 👍
Fantastic analysis. Deception was what took my sparring game to the next level for sure. Also made muay thai really start to feel like a chess game. Great points man, I didnt even know adding a defensive maneuver in the middle of an attack combo is called 'phasing'. Ive seen the term phasing in a lot of fighting games but never knew what it meant.
Love this, need more❤
Let’s fucking go glitchboxing deception Video exactly what I need dawg ty

Love your videos!!!
This is really good, love it!
Love the longer videos
Amazing job with the video, couldn't get any better. I've been following you for a long while and I've seen most of your stuff. Can you please do a similar explanatory video on the footwork styles? I'm using the peekaboo style and I started wrestling not long ago but with my smaller mass I like to go technical. Love from Romania❤
Thank you. Please do more.

till they get punched in the plan
😊
So it’s only a phase if you throw a punch then block, move or punch again after a brief pause? Like a jab ain’t a phase but a jab, pivot and jab again is two phases? So jab, cross quickly then a pull back and cross is 2 phases rather than 3 because the jab, cross was thrown quickly?
spot on! so the phase is indicated by a prominent pause in between attacks via a defence of some kind:)

5’6”, 120lbs, 17 y/o, can I be heavyweight champ or is it over for me 🥺
ye
Heavyweight Ur gonna be rlly fat esspecially because You were naturally a light weight try welter weight at most
Don’t be heavyweight bro that bulk will have you being so big around the stomach for your height go to like 130-150 if you can build some muscle and fight there you could still be champ for light weight or middleweight you got this I believe in you
Dude, why'd you want to be a heavyweight at 5'6? Most of them are over 6 foot.
