Campervan Bed Build Installation In Vivaro Camper Conversion

- In this video I show how I build and install a campervan sofa bed in a Vauxhall Vivaro campervan conversion. The camper sofa bed build is very easy to build and install and give lots of seating room for up to 4 people on the campervan sofa bed and once folded out for the bed, it allows 2 people to sleep in comfort, giving the same sleeping space a rock and roll bed offers, but without any seatbelts digging in to the bed. The sofa bed offers an abundance of storage below the bed and the sofa bed folds out in to a bed in seconds as shown in the video.

We're about to change our rock n roll bed for a u shape sofa bed at the back of van with a small kitchen pod. Hoping it'll let us make the bed without having to get out of the van, specially if its raining.

Loving these videos. I have recently picked up a 2012 vauxhall vivaro and you have been a great help getting me started on converting it. Where did you get the foam mattress from?
eBay is where I've bought most my items for the conversion
I prefer the bench seat design in these smaller vans, was never a fan of those rock'n roll seats 👍
Yet another impressive conversion. Really great idea of two-way flip-over bed base. Do you do work on other people's vans ,or just your own conversions?
