Dude I was speechless. At first I was thinking, this can't be the end of the song, its gonna comeback on a completely different level and it did. Amazing.
Great reaction. Such a good song. I love all the romantic inuendo mixed with astronomical terminology. And that while she wrote this song as a call to the universe to find someone she was mentally and spiritually compatible with, and compatible in her inner darkness that she says anyone she's revealed it to has used against her ("dark matter is so divine", get it?), she still growls cuz she's fierce like that. :D As good as the soaring cleans at the end are, her technique has improved since this was recorded. Check out Perennial at Wacken. :)
This is my favorite video in the history of the internet. Personal taste being what it is, I stand by my statement. Forever, til the end of time. Best song of all time gets the best reaction of all time, I’ve lived a fulfilled life, by my own standards.
My favorite reaction channel. I respect how open minded you are to each of the artist. When I see the head bobbing and hardcore stank face going at the same time I know we gotta buckle up and get ready for a ride.
loving your attitude and willingness to open yourself to exploring new music, no matter what, as a long time sub, just wanting to know, what has been the biggest surprise, since you have been reacting?
I love seeing people react this way to talented musicians from genres they normally wouldn't listen to. I genuinely hope you will share this music with your friends outside of UA-cam as well. This world needs more inclusion to combat all the divisiveness in the media. Peace and good fortune.
Tatiana's range and power is just so breathtaking...I truly hope that she is able to have a long career and be globally recognized as the force of nature that she is...it just makes it that much more amazing that the band is so technically sound and talented to match her...
YES! Thank you for this reaction! Glad you're enjoying them, your reactions totally show that. Awesome reaction again man, if you're looking for more Jinjer, try out Perennial, the song and music video are amazing.
You should check out a band called Make Them Suffer, from Australia. Amazing live shows full of positive energy every time. A few good song references for you would be Ether, Vortex and First Movement. Another few incredible bands also from down south that you'd love are Karnivool and Twelve Foot Ninja. I don't know what it is, but Aussies sure know how to make some amazing fcken music, haha. Cheers from Montreal Canada! :)

Welcome aboard! I discovered them last year, and they have skyrocketed to my favorite metal band! They literally don't have a bad song, so just dive in and enjoy!
@@mcgaugh57 The first couple records they had a bit of a revolving lineup. Tatiana, Eugene (Bass), Roman (Guitar) and Vlad (New drummer since I think 2016) are the band now and they way the write/tour amd they went from 2 guitarists to 1. The group now seems to be pretty solidified and I get to see them Oct 31. SO EXCITED.
@@mcgaugh57 it is almost impossible to make it as a professional musician in Ukraine because there is little respect for the arts. Because the nation is outside the cultural and economic network of the European Union bands in Ukraine have less access to international markets and Jinjer has frequently had to cancel shows outside Ukraine because they couldn't get travel visas approved. Their original singer was good but not unique enough to do what Tatiana has done so he left. The blond guitarist in their early videos got a chance to do acting in the US and took it. They have gone through drummers like spinal tap. The first two quit befor Jinjer began seeing some limited success, the third was badly hurt in a fall from a window (I have no idea how that happens), 4th was filling in until they could find a replacement, and hopefully Vlad will stick around. The rest have been stable since Tatiana joined as singer in 2009. Tati's look has changed radically over the years though.
You have to see them live, I have posted on his reaction before, saying I saw them in St Louis for the opening of there North American Tour. They were on fire! One of the best concerts I have seen in a long time.
Ok, just imagine if u all will for one moment...sadly, of course it won't ever happen...BUT...just imagine...Jinjer performing this song or say Perennial at the Grammy's, with everything they can also bring visually. The sheer shock & awe response that would happen!!!! The audience's realization & flat out FEAR that THIS is the next level of musicianship & vocal skill that is present in the music world. Like I said, it won't happen because metal has always been the black sheep, frowned upon & dissed when it comes to the Grammy's. But the shitting their pants looks on the faces of all the current trend of "amazing pop stars" would be SO epically priceless...
I definitely fell down the rabbit hole of Jinjer reactions and I think yours have been my favs. You should do a reaction to the new Lacuna Coil song “Reckless”. It’s gothic/nu metal and has a cool music video. Female vocalist like Jinjer.
Great reaction! I LOVE that part near the end with the band comes in heavy after the mellow bridge, and you can see those silhouettes against the stars! Like you, I opened my mind about 6 months ago to this band and genre and have not looked back. It's funny, we have very similar tastes in music - I enjoyed watching all your reactions to Haley Reinhart, Morgan James, PMJ, Pentatonix and Home Free. And now Jinjer! Keep them coming!
I really appreciate how you get to the song/video/reaction right away, unlike a lot of other reactors who babble for 2 minutes first. "Let your ears be free." -- Jamel_AKA_Jamal, 2019 Requests: Arch Enemy -- Bloodstained Cross Ra -- Do You Call My Name Band-Maid -- Play

There you can see all the hard work it took to make it and you can also see Tatiana so stressed out that at one point she looked like she was about to kill the director. :D Like 181!

Ok Jamel. My wife and I both enjoy your reactions and keeping great music alive. However, as much as I love you, am impressed by, and consider myself a fan of Jinjer. They may have had one mistake. After relistening to this, listen to Alice in Chains "Love Hate Love" then come HMU
I sampled a couple more of this artists songs and even after remastering the music to 432 Hz, I still didn't like it. I even remastered some music by Rush and other bands that I used to listen to and even they no longer appeal to me.
Great reactions Jamel. Please - Jinjer "Outlander" from Dec 9, 2014 when Tatiana had dreadlocks. That was my first Jinjer song and is also my favorite.

Same here. HeadBanger till I die. Took both my sons to their concert in Pa.

This is one of the few positives of the internet. You get to hear music that you probably would've never heard through a strangers suggestion.
Read mcgaugh's comment. For me that's even more important. : )
It's physically impossible to not get goosebumps in that ending
