Very good playing, spot-on timing, the vocal bandwith Tatjana is able to master and the absence of rather annoying "hair metal" solos really makes them stick out.
Jinjer, I hope you read this, please guys, I know we are all human and we are not perfect, but for the love of God PLEASE NEVER CEASE TO EXIST.... you guys are now riding very high in the metal scene and I'm sure there's all sorts of temptations coming to you by handful... please guys stay true to yourselves, keep integral to the band and never fall into the black hole that is fame and money and all sorts of things that have destroyed bands in the past, you 4 are the best together and I sincerely hope you stay TOGETHER for ALL your music career... I want to be 70 years old and still know that JINJER is out there playing, Tati, Vlad, Eugene and Roman! you are a treasure for the current generation of metal music! Tati your voice is a gold mine! please take good care of it as you have a monstrous talent! the same goes to Vlad Eugene and Roman! Sincerely a fan since 2017! Love you all!
@@BMR86 I do too man. I got burned out on music for a good while but I’ll spend hours watching their live shows. As far as I know they are gonna be in Nashville in May and I really hope to go.
With Jinjer I'm having the same experience that people had with Pantera from CFH to FBD on the 90's, hope they stick to their game with minds on the right place (cold blooded).
It’s very common to see people in their 40s, 50s, 60s, even 70s become addicted to Jinjer. Those of us who’ve been around to witness the evolution of rock and metal can appreciate the rarity of this band. Over the decades heavy music has given us some of the greatest thrills of our lives. There are a lot of great bands, but the truly great ones stand out. The first time you heard Zeppelin, or Hendrix. When Eddie’s Eruption melted your brain, or you got your first hit of Rush. When Black Sabbath, Alice In Chains or Meshuggah took over your soul. Jinjer is that kind of band. The kind that draws from a bunch of different things that you love, but then puts them all together in a special blend that hits you in a whole new way. Something revolutionary that sounds like a whole new genre is being invented in front of your ears. Those thrills don’t come along often. You only live once. You ain’t getting any younger. The time is now to catch Jinjer live wherever you can! I urge you to see them headlining, at a smaller venue while you can. You will not be disappointed. I saw Rush 36x, and these guys are THAT good! As tight and powerful as any band you can see.
I'm impressed at their ability to keep it fairly organic while working with a click, and backing tracks. A lot of bands loose connection to the crowd being so focused on all of the cues being fed to them in their ear monitors. Their music is pretty intense technically. It would be really easy to get lost in the amount of attention it would consume. Not many have the head space to accommodate all of that.
@@johnbedinghaus2390 Not ashamed to admit it, but in the very last line, on that high pitch note, I almost always shed a tear or two....My favorite tune by far...
I think it goes beyond metal... my interest in metal is casual at best, but I know brilliance when I hear it, and this is brilliance. All 4 of them are top of league, the songs are exceptionally written and arranged. This is a once-in-a-generation band... just when you thought originality in "band" music was a thing of the past, these guys appear.
These people are the next super band. So good. At 56 years of age I have listened to a lot of great bands. Jinjer has taken this to the next level. Cannot wait to see their live show.
Technicals tighter than a 7 day clock wound for 10. An incredibly gifted voice with immeasurable skill....and a never ending onslaught of songs that rearranged my DNA. This old metal head is alive once again.

Been listening to Metal for the better part of 25 years, discovered Jinjer about a year ago, and the more I listen, the more I realize just how incredible this band is. I honestly can't find anything for me to pick apart or dislike.
І величезна подяка за "Who is gonna be the one"!

@Zeb Rat but they are. They're a technical progressive metal band that infuses their music with touches of reggae, jazz and funk. How is that not metal? Babymetal and Bandmaid are definitely less metal and more pop, but I wouldn't say they're not metal.
I've seen a number of videos of this band, and they continue to blow me away. Extreme virtuosity on the part of each instrumentalist, with Tatiana's vocals being the piece de resistance. Her range and ability is simply incredible, but she can also sing in proper time with their challenging time signatures. They are seriously one of the best acts in rock music (not just metal) right now. They are set to appear in Atlanta in late 2021, and I hope to be there.
@Ball Point i saw Pantera on the reinventing the steel tour, and they fuckkin ripped! one of the best if not THE best live performances ive ever seen, so.. pre fbd? (i get it, Phil shit the bed sometimes)
Couldn't agree more.Pantera is still my all time favorite Metal band .Dime and Vinny will live on forever through their music. But these guys are fucking phenomenal.Ive seen Dream Theater, Rush ,Mudvayne and damn near every Metal band out of the 80s and 90s live and very few if any can touch these guys live show.
I saw them last night in Philadelphia, amazing live performance. All their songs sound exactly like their albums. I've been to probably 200 concerts since the 80's and I've only seen a few bands who could do that. Usually the vocalist can't nail the high notes or even has to drop down an octave. But not Tatiana, she absolutely destroyed, nailed every high note, growl and scream exactly like she recorded it. It was fucking amazing TBH. She might be the greatest metal singer I've seen in my life. I just wish they didn't drop Who is gonna be the one, Words of wisdom, Pisces, and Captain Clock from their set list. I really would have liked to see those greatest hits live.
She's on the short list for sure in metal singers. I saw Rob Halford with Judas Priest live a few times in the late 80s and 90s and his voice was undeniable as well.
Yep. And Bruce Dickinson. And Klaus Meine from Scorpions. Tatiana is in that tier. And the whole band is on the level of any of those bands, or even of the mighty Rush.
When you have a vocalist as talented as this, with so many different musical influences, and World Class Musicians to back you up... this is how you transcend metal, or any one genre, and become Something More.
When my partner and I went to see this band they were just as tight as they are in this phenomenonal performance. One of the best metal bands around right now by far, with every member of the band at their prime, and Tatiana is better than 99% of the male singers out there. Truly incredible stuff 👌
Vlad is hands down, the most underrated drummer on this planet. I don't get it, dude is insane behind the kit. I've been drumming for almost 15 years, and how this dude plays with time blows my mind
Dude, he's amazing! I'm a drummer too, use to play in a prog-metal band and i've never see a drummer like him, playing so much music on a so small drumm set. Hats off! Greetings from Bulgaria!
He makes it look so easy, I like the flat set up everything is close to hand he doesn't need to raise his arms. My kit has been packed away for a couple of years now but when I get it out I'm going to set it up like his and see how it feels.
Yeah I used to think Nicko is fast with a single bass drum...and his kit is so small & low, usually metal drummers hide behind laughably huge kits. Vlad makes them look like they're compensating.
25:11 dude....... Tatiana fucking killed that vocal part, godamn. The whole band is explosive. The decisions/subtle changes they make with the songs for live performance are dynamic genius and translate perfectly with the audience.
Too much talent combined in to one as a band, very complete....hard to process, but I f'n love it....thank you all for being amazing and an inspiration.

Best band to come out in many, many years. They don't follow the "formula" for a certain genre, they do something completely different kinda like Mudvayne did when they first started. I've watched this concert so many times. So refreshing to see something new. Thanks Jinger!
Napalm, thank you for putting this entire concert out. Though they are only one of the bands I enjoy, I honestly believe they are probably the most important metal band in the world right now. Don’t believe me? Look at the millions of reaction views on UA-cam. People love watching others experience something amazing for the first time. Not only is their style reaching out and connecting to so many different styles of music, metal and the world desperately needs Tatiana. She is a force that brings the opposite sides of every spectrum together and, if only for a moment, we get to see a bond that makes everyone truly equal.

yeah i don't listen to metal much but when i do its JINJER
Missed half your life.
Very good playing, spot-on timing, the vocal bandwith Tatjana is able to master and the absence of rather annoying "hair metal" solos really makes them stick out.
Check out Devin Townsend, Porcupine Tree, Opeth, Igorrr, Vltimas, and Anathema.
Yeah I'd recommend expanding a bit, metal isn't all about incredibly hot women XD
The drummer is a human metronome
Actually he plays to a metronome, but his playing is fucking tight.

Acho q tocaram em 2019 ai... Infelizmente fiquei sabendo depois....
Very well said.

This band is criminally underrated. One of the best metal performances I’ve seen in the past decade. Immaculate
Underrated?lol
lol if anything they're overrated
I'm impressed at their ability to keep it fairly organic while working with a click, and backing tracks. A lot of bands loose connection to the crowd being so focused on all of the cues being fed to them in their ear monitors. Their music is pretty intense technically. It would be really easy to get lost in the amount of attention it would consume. Not many have the head space to accommodate all of that.

I think it goes beyond metal... my interest in metal is casual at best, but I know brilliance when I hear it, and this is brilliance. All 4 of them are top of league, the songs are exceptionally written and arranged. "I Speak Astronomy" here sounds remarkably better than any other live version of it , for some reason.
The vocals are quite loud in the mix during this song which works really well given how much range and dynamics there are.
cuz she freaking nailed it this time. looks like she was a bit more careful and gentle with clean singing than many times before.

І величезна подяка за "Who is gonna be the one"!
вони на кожному концертi виконують "Who is gonna be the one".у Мельбурнi вона не вiдрiзнялась вiд iнших лайвiв

Jinjer are the best thing to have happened to metal in a long time. FACT.
For someone who likes reggae and metal-core probably.
@@valerieblackthorn13 and all the other styles they bring into their sound, yes. What's your point exactly?
@@valerieblackthorn13 metal core what ??
@Zeb Rat They brought J-metal to the mainstream, but they haven't successfully blended so many styles like Jinjer have.
This is the best live metal band I have heard since Pantera.
Good technique and a disciplined lifestyle is what makes them so good.
He is tough. Like Zaporizhzhya, the town he is coming from :))

This is likely the best live performance of theirs I have watched yet. Just discovered Jinjer six weeks ago and I can't decide who is my favorite member. Same here was my last gig. Would’ve never thought they would use Melbourne as their live album but I’m honoured.
Last gig rider here for this too. It was a fantastic way to go into a lockdown...
I love this band!!! The music make me feel like i'm travelling outer space, love the bass lines and omg tatiana's voice!!! She is really something!
Thank you for your beautiful art❤❤❤SO much LOVE ALL
Napalm, thank you for putting this entire concert out.
They're also such a positive band (like most metal heads)
This band is so breathtaking.. Got to see them 2019 at the Diamond.. They are just as amazing live.
This make me feel that still bands like Jinjer from the underground to one of the best bands at the moment can reach success without all the media marketing load and as a musician means a lot
HOLY SHIT what energy for an hour straight in a hot club?
