Ali, no tree ever used a tape measure on itself.
A vice is just a heavy clamp, bolted to a table. Improv clamp is excellent.
      More Bon-Sigh than Bonsai (hehe)
      Tree looks great.

Top Tip: Next time you're cutting tubing on your table lay the tubing in the grooves rather than across them, they will help hold it in place even better with the clamps etc. :)

why I show Ali videos to my kids sparingly: because the vast majority of us actually need to plan to create something like this.
why I show my kids Ali videos as much as possible: most of us struggle to turn challenges on their head and find creative solutions resulting in unplanned yet brilliant results.

I really, really, really love and appreciate the fact you thought to do this rather than throwing those boxed in the trash because when I was watching you pop socket car video, I couldn't help but think (as you spent HOURS UPON HOURS UNBOXING!!) That I didn't want to see all those boxes end up wasted! You are constantly surprising me with your ideas and talent and I wish I could work with you because I have IDEAS GALORE, But I don't have the means to do anything about all my ideas...which def leads to depression 😩😞😔🥺

That looks really great. If it will last, I'd recommend some kind of a sealant, you could auction it off to viewers for a local pickup.
Then put the money towards your next crazy adventure & get that big beautiful bonsai tree out of your house. If you haven't already.
Or had it drop dead immediately after the video.

This has to be my favorite art project video of yours! Not only was the final product beautiful, it was a great use of your packaging waste (and I hope you'll use the rest of the stuff someday too), and had so many things go wrong along the way which was just funny to watch. Here you went forward in a particularly unplanned fashion, which just heightened the outrageousness and even led to a more uniquely beautiful result. And I nearly spit out my drink when you pulled out the 3rd blender! Great job! That tree should be sold and sit in the reception of a nice building.

my wife said she does not need a mixer for art because we have a cement mixer. Now as for your tree falling over, do you remember cable tieing the pipe to the base. Well you needed to add more diagnonal pipe to keep it in place. Now to stop the pipe twisting, drill holes at the joints and use skewers to stop the pipe twisting. So that way you can change iit which is the Ali way

I'm 2 minutes in and I already love the video just wanted to say for future projects a neat trick takes sawdust mix it with watered down paint and microwave it and you get this you get this fluffy colored stuff you can use for Greenery and texture for grass for leaves for whatever using thicker pieces of sawdust can give you bigger leaves and thinner pieces can give you finer texture I've seen videos of it on UA-cam if you look them up. It called home made flocking

When I have to make large amounts of pulp I soak the paper (of all kinds, including cardboard) in a baby pool and stomp on it like traditional wine makers do to grapes. Once it breaks down abit I use a paint mixer on a drill and mix it in a 5 gallon bucket. I prefer a cardboard armature like Jonni but don't work as big as you do, although I want to.
