There is a relaxed vibe to this video that was definitely starting to lack in the 1 episode videos. The stress from those videos was palpable, and actually stressed ME out slightly. I absolutely endorse the multi episode format. 😁
I'm a Brit and I have to tell you, that this is the single most impressive thing I have ever seen anyone do with dirt, and British dirt at that! You are so talented! You never gave up, even after the cup fell apart you still went through with it and put Little Ben in the kiln! You are an absolute legend! Putting him and the stones into a cute diorama under a clear cover was great fun and it came out perfectly. He will be a talking point for visitors for years to come. I absolutely love him, he's perfect! Thank you for this video, it made my day. Now I'm off to make myself a nice cuppa tea! Have a great weekend!
I know that you already HAVE more than 2 million subscribers and my subscription is a drop in the bucket, but MAN! I love your arting. And you really know how to life a person up with your infectious enthusiasm. THANKS!
My jaw flew open when you sat on little Ben! I knew its a stool, still shocked me hahahaha I love the way your art is always meant to be "used" and touched❤
Ali, you're creativeness is so special and knows no bounds, let alone the skillset you have to actually create. You are by far one of the most talented people on this planet. Keep being you!
I love that you honestly create art for humanity's sake. Not art for art, but art because it's an innately human desire. Keep being weird and wonderful!
I really enjoy how small little ben is. I feel like so many Ali projects are so big but its so nice to appreciate just a cute little piece of dirt pottery. (Which is also extremely difficult!)
wow, he came out so delightful! huge props to risking him in the kiln, i dont think i could do that to something i cared about so much knowing it could get destroyed. great work!!
My heart hurts every time you struggle and face failure, but seeing the unfettered joy you have when you triumph brightens my day every time. Your sincerity and candidness are second only to your brilliantly outrageous creativity.
I'm loving the multiple episodes, I really enjoy seeing all the nitty gritty of what you've done to accomplish the art. Thank you so much for being such a creative creator!
Ali you are the most creative and amazing most majestic human on the internet and you bring me so much unbridled unhinged magnificent joy!!! You, Ma'am, are the winner of my heart and I love you as a human and fellow citizen of Earth!
Your puns are AMAZING and your artistic eye for the smallest details takes every project to the next level! What an impressive creation, thank you for seeing it through!!
I lived in a town called Peru Illinois. there was a clock factory called Westclox. the building was called "Big Ben" and yes, they had a Big Ben Clock, and a Little Ben clock. they closed down in the 80's. They lost some of factory due to a fire but the main building "Big Ben" is still there. it is currently a pizza/bar.
If the buttons are singles, Little Ben is a Genadier Guard, if they're a pair, he's a Coldstream Guard, either way he's part of the Royal Household Division.
I love your videos Ali, this channel is the perfect cross-section of all sorts of various maker-ey craft projects and skills and multi-media resulting in simply outstanding art. Please know how much we love and appreciate all you do ❤
As a Brit and a fan I was gutted not to be able to come to Makers Central but this was a great consolation, brilliantly done! Although part of me wishes you did the pile of dirt in the shape of GB ;)
I love this video. I hope you have high tea often. I think Little Ben should be Little Ben Furze. I think it very cool how youtubers are willing to co-lab and help each other out. ❤❤❤❤
Kinda wishing you had painted the top of the stool to look like that clock Evan & Katelyn made (ocean islands), so that Little Ben could be guarding a little Falkland island. And maybe add a little moss to the top of the rocks.
Such a great concept! I am glad that you were able to find a ceramics place that was willing to take on the firing process, but slightly saddened that it meant that you didn't have an excuse to make/procure your own kiln.
GURLY you NEED to have a collaboration with Evan and Katelyn.... bc yall r both creative and think of "dumb" ideas, like im thinking of the time when they made a robo dog furby.....
From the looks of things on Little Ben it seems that there were some type of possibly sand that had a low enough melting point that melted out and left a bunch of micro open voids in the surface of the clay.
Here is Little Ben's Outrageous beginnings if you missed seeing him get sculpted! ua-cam.com/video/zqiGsaQxaJQ/v-deo.html
I had the same thing firing wild clay.
Wait... you MOVED the fur room? That is a whole other level of commitment to the ridiculous.
I know right? That should've been another video maybe 😝
Pretty sure she still rents the other apartment that she uses as storage/art studio space and that’s where the fur room is.
@@Lizfoolery Yeah, her old apartment has been her studio for a long time I think.
Like most non-British art, it deserves to be an Art museum somewhere in the UK
Most British museum pieces are not british
lol that’s so funny
As a brit, this is a worthy use of our land. Long live Little Ben!
"Little Ben the british SOILdier"
I just can't believe this joke hasn't been done in any part of the video... :P
why... that one is even a stretch for ali
ya lol
As soon as you said his hat was going to be something special I thought to myself: "Shes going to flock it". Im glad your outrageous is contagious!
16:22 ”time to make Little Ben feel huge.”
🥲 my heart

Agreed! I've had to actually turn off past videos because of the stress and physical strain she puts on herself sometimes so this is soooo much better

Please, by all means, do make more multiple episode videos like this and the Pikachu car! This was awesome!
"We unrelentingly shoehorn reality into the exact thing we want it to be!"
Yes, yes we do ^_^
Little Ben survived! HIP HIP HORRAY, HIP HIP HORRAY!👏👏👏
Hiep Hiep hoera sounds so much better in English 😊
@@marloespeters8404 lol
High tea!! I watched at work and literally laughed out loud. Another brilliant project complete.
Stolen means “the chair” in Swedish. 😊
I prefer the multiple episode format, to be honest! Don't know if The Algorithm sees it differently, but if my opinion counts it's a plus!
Amazing job! Not sure if the Resin is food safe so it might just be better as a decor piece to make other parts of your house British ☕️🇬🇧
We confirm : it's absolutely not food safe.
Did you see the brand I used? Check the specs on ArtResin. Foods safe! (And I used cold tea so the heat wouldn't be a problem) Worry not, Pal-ys!
@@carinesayon-canivet9598different brands do have food safe options for resin.
@@alispagnolaahhhh that makes sense. The food safe stuff is expensive!
I was very worried for a second!@@alispagnola

I'm not surprised to witnessed a struggle. British soil is just not used to high temperatures!
I'm surprised she was able to get the wet out of British soil.

Love the montage with Little Ben!
Your deep reverence for silliness is always inspiring.
Also, hooray for Little Ben!
I am very surprised you trusted the plexiglass to hold up to be sat on.
... and I was stressed out by thinking how much it would hurt if the plexiglass failed ...
@@robertkeddiei was so scared it would break and she would end up squishing little ben 😭
As a brit myself, i honestly didn't expect this, and fair play to you for doing it!
He is absolutely adorable
The flocked hat is the best thing ever.
I really enjoy how small little ben is. I feel like so many Ali projects are so big but its so nice to appreciate just a cute little piece of dirt pottery. (Which is also extremely difficult!)
I love these two part videos! Even three parters! It allows you to take your time and have fun. Get things done right.
Little faith 💀
17:04 "Dumb." 😂😂😂 Her personality is amazeballs!
Little Ben making a BIG impact!
15:03 "Clearly I don't like committing to things!" Oh Ali, I'm *always* thinking you should be committed.
Imagine if you glued it on only to find a fingerprint on the inside of the glass!
Another great video Ali 😃
wow, he came out so delightful! huge props to risking him in the kiln, i dont think i could do that to something i cared about so much knowing it could get destroyed. great work!!
The effort you put into your videos is amazing. I do enjoy the multi part videos especially with you pushing your artistic process.
Yay Little Ben is back and has survived!!!!
He’s great. And you may have solved Colin’s problem of sending dirt abroad.
All he has to do is make it into clay and create clay figures :D
You're a masterclass in creativity.
YESSSS I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS

10:31 you can spritz some isopropyl alcohol on the resin to pop the bubbles too. :)
I have not donated, but I watch these videos from start to finish and laugh quite a lot. Am I some sort of pal-y now? This was hysterical!
I love your videos. Christine adding the puns was THE best!
the montage of little ben has me rolling baha
Your puns are AMAZING and your artistic eye for the smallest details takes every project to the next level! What an impressive creation, thank you for seeing it through!!
I’ve loved the two part videos so far! I’m glad you have more time now and don’t feel as stress for project deadlines!
This video has taught me that:
1) it is infectious
2) Christine definitely has it too now
None of the above is a bad thing.
We all knew it was only a matter of time
Becoming british?
LOVE IT ALL!! Love clay, love pottery, love Colin, love ALi.
I think the intentional use of the heat gun and lighter did more for curing the resin than the ambient temperature of the room. 😅😂
I love him so much! Makes me wish I'd been bringing dirt home from all my trips
I spent most of this episode repeating "please don't break little ben 🙏 please don't break little ben 🙏..."
lol
"I can't afford not to keep building"
*stops to juggle staves*
You are so cool and do such cool things❤love this!!!
Thank you, Natalia! You must be a sweetie bc you helped Little Benny get made!
Now all the British Vampires are going to be wishing for an invitation to tea.

Little Ben is cool. 😎👍and I love your project. 😃👍
Both fantastic and ridiculous. I was soo invested in Little Ben’s welfare after seeing the teacup crumble. Great vid, loved it.
You NEED to buy more stools like this and take dirt from other places in the world!!!!!!!

Only through proper channels please. Don't steal.

You should have put a do not pass or caution tape around his land
Throw away line about "closest thing to polishing dirt." I challenge with Dorodango! (Which is literally dirt polishing 😂)
Absolutely awesome love him great work and video as always. Really enjoy all the content 👍👍
Welcome to the world, Little Ben!

HOW VERY DARE YOU STEAL MY DIRT AND MAKE IT INTO CLAY WHICH YOU THEN MADE INTO VERY COOL SHTUFF
Little Ben is perfect!
You're doing the most American thing. Taking British land and putting it to use. And im here for it. 😂😂
That close up lense is INCREDIBLE ! It makes me want to see more floking up and close :o!
You could make a silicone edge around the glass box, nice work dough 👍🏻
You should have added some fake turf/grass/moss to it too
Only just found your channel and your editing is amazing but more importantly you are awesome at presenting!!!
There are times when I question why I enjoy your videos. Then i watch you and I get inspired to complete my own outrages projects.
This is the video I needed to make my icky day marvelous!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Christine picking up on the punning might be the best part of the video. 😂😂😂
This is more nerve wracking than most horror movies.
She just cept giving you more gags for it lol she Ned's a big treet for all the help she gave you❤❤❤❤❤
Shout out to the studio for fulling committing to being an accomplice to the chaos …for science! 😂❤
