I have other question sir I appreciate ur help in regards to drilling out the dial pen area. I was wondering if you could explain that just a bit more or if by any chance you may have a picture ? Of how u did this in odder to fit everything properly also it’s ok to remove the electric starter and just have that hole open exposed as well ? Thank u sir.
Yes i removed the whole starter assembly and I now have the hole exposed. It will be safe to run as far as I know as long as nothing gets caught in there because the flywheel is exposed a little. I can actually show you exactly how I drilled out the area where the dial pen goes. I will have a video up soon but I’ll upload a UA-cam shorts about it since I’m trying out a new torque converter for it to see the difference and I can show you exactly what I did to make it fit.

@@terrellwhetstone7722 In this video I was running 14T on clutch and 34T on rear wheel. I think that is pretty good gearing because with that it still accelerates so fast and has a pretty high top speed.
If you can tig weld or know someone that can, I’d suggest you make a custom gas tank that runs along the entire length of the underside of your top tube. Just a thought.
Starting with a 420cc even stock is already a head start because of how much more power and torque it has over a 212cc. The carb I’m using is a flat slide 28mm and the jet is a 120 and needle position is 2nd to the bottom. This is a standard 5 inch BAM frame, not a custom frame it’s just a regular 5 inch frame. You will run into problems with clearance in a couple different places but I’d recommend you buy the gopower sports big block plate adapter to make it a lot easier.
It changed your gear ratio. Depending if you go bigger or smaller it can either give you more acceleration but less top speed or give you slower acceleration but higher top speed.
Yo man what clutch are your using and what do you recommend torque converter or clutch I'ma be doing a 301 build but I might wanna run a clutch you let me know
I’m running a regular $25 clutch from Amazon. I cut the springs shorter from it so it won’t burn the clutch at idle or low rpm but it ran great and had no issues. Right now I’m in the process of making it run with a 40 series torque converter but I will make a video on it once it’s running.
what tire size and gear ratio u got ? i got a 420cc with stock style carb - 3.85 ratio - 145/70-6 tire and just hit 61mph today after i removed the balancer (wanted to see what it does - gained 1mph)
I have 5 inch tri-star rims with 11/5-5 tire rear and 4.10/3.50-5 front tire. Gearing on clutch is 14tooth and 35tooth rear sprocket. Motor is all stock just 28mm carb, exhaust and governor delete.
I honestly found the best carb set up for my old predator 212cc was a Amazon 26mm round slide carb. It ran perfect for me with a 125 jet and the little clip being 2nd to the top slot on the needle.
I have a video up on my UA-cam showing the process but I bought a gopower sports big block mounting plate and drilled new holes on my frame and had to grind the block a little .
Going that fast you need to get a steering stabilizer because if the bars move one way too much while you’re tucked down it will just throw you off. I had it happen to me on a different bike with taller bars where my hands were right in front of me and up some more.
74.1 MPH = 119.3 KPH Safe riding brother, be careful and maybe wear more layers because even that footpath is able to turn you into human mincemeat and I'm sure you know that. You don't regret riding naked until it's too late.
Ngl as long as you know defensive driving u don’t need all that padding forreal , just drive safe and always be careful for others that aren’t use to seeing a motorcycle on the free way or street
That thing got a lot of room for improvement. Cam/valve springs?? 30mm carb? Better clutch? All things that will MPH faster. I bet you a clutch gets you 5mph. I have a cheap one now and it has to go. It ruins top end
It certainly does have a lot to improve. The only thing done to it is governor delete, a 28mm carb and exhaust with muffler. I do need to get a new exhaust because this one right now is for a 212 and the tube size is actually restricting the exhaust flow and it has a muffler to make it even more restrictive.
It will definitely be a difference I heard the flywheels on these big blocks are significantly lighter. I will start adding performance parts next and just make it even crazier!! 🤣 thanks for watching
I don’t know this thing is pretty crazy it would be a good race. I had 260pound rider on it and it wheelies and gets up to speed with him like nothing.

these big blocks are awesome, just hard to gear it for starting on hills and slow street riding as you are limited with the 14 tooth clutch
