He's so great. I really hope he stays pure in Hollywood if he decides to continue acting. So many child actors go through really bad situations in Hollywood or get driven to drugs and drinking and partying before they're old enough, but there's a few who have a good family and a good circle of people/colleagues around them who keep them protected throughout their child actor career and i really hope the best for Alan on his journey.

I love how Kimmel's basic respect, sense of humor, serious interest shows when he interviews kids...this little guy is adorable hand so is Jimmy.

He's Korean. They have great senses of humor.
Some kids have a great sense of humor, and they get things some adults don't even get like irony it's just amazing.

She stole every scene she was in from the adults. Remember WC Fields warning fellow adult actors to be careful working with children and animals. They steal the limelight. :)

Out of all TV hosts, Jimmy does such an amazing job with the kids. You can tell he truly appreciates/enjoys their intellect and wonder. He always has the best skits/interviews with them.

I watched this last night, the little guy is adorable . Great interview between him and Jimmy but I found it funny how Jimmy kinda forgot himself at the end when he started play fighting and the moment he realized, oops, I forgot about social distancing :)...lol...he. Got so wrapped up in the moment, too cute

Golden Globes aren’t an industry awards show. It’s run by the Hollywood Foreign Press and it has to have a certain percentage of English to not be considered a foreign film. For the Oscars is can qualify for Best Picture.

It's not America that's the problem but some weird rule the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has regarding foreign language films even though America has whole populations and communities throughout the country that speak other languages as their primary language AND the U.S. itself does not have English as an official language. Thank goodness the Oscars don't have such rules and Minari is eligible for Best Picture. I wish I could just blame the HFPA but even the [broadcast] critics' choice awards had it categorized as a foreign language film.
@@SDoesNotKnow These sorts of rules exist because of the social forces within the country that allow them to exist. Although you technically can't blame a country for the practices of individuals, these practices are definitely representative of the American society as a whole and the position of Korean Americans. So at this point, instead of saying the US is not to blame, one might say, yes, it's eye opening as to the experiences of Korean Americans. Let's see how we can change that,as individuals voicing our concerns.
It's also nominated as Best Foreign Language Film in the BAFTAs, which baffled me because half of the dialogue is in English
