I’m so so proud of Steven, I seriously hope he wins the Oscar.
Me too!
Wait, he got nominated?
He deserves it. But he's in the running with Chadwick Boseman, in his final movie role.
Most likely he awarded simply to honor him as the actor he was.
chadwick won all the other important acting awards so he's likely to win the oscar this yr
@@dr.carmichael530 I know, and I honestly haven’t seen chadwicks movie. I’ll be ok if he wins as long as it’s actually based on his performance and not because he passed.
The kid was insane. I understand a child saying lines as he's told, but the subtlety of his performance, the little nuances and pauses, shows how mature and gifted he is at acting.
Alan S. Kim, just for reference. Disappointed that I didn't see or hear his name sooner!
Steven is such a lovable guy, I think it's just impossible someone hate him
The governor
We are talking about Steven not glenn
Racists of course and a lot of them in America still
@@dandansfuand the entire world.
Myself being Korean American this film really hit me. It's our story. Seeing people that look like you tell your story is impactful.
The grandmother was amazing. I went into it excited and scared because I wanted to see something good but was afraid it would've let me down. It exceeded my expectations. Finally, a rooted story that didn't play to stereotypes or tried to reach a certain crowd. It was only obsessed with telling it's story. I loved it
@@ohdaUtube Every you said is exactly my thoughts. It told its story. It wasn't trying to be this grand statement and because of that it ended up being a grand statement.
Why is this interview kind of relaxing lmao...I feel like they’re speaking softly
It’s like it’s more of a personal conversation now, before it was for the audience
When you see each other naked and do a Korean spa together then all future conversations become real and sincere. They’re Seoul mates
@@Alyssa-ji6po Yeah that’s true, it’s almost like a podcast vibe. I’m not hating it!
Zombie killer vibes that’s cause
Authentic people really stand out especially in today's fake, woke, digitally manufactured society
He definitely deserves the Oscar nomination
the tone of this interview is really amazing. really intimate without an audience. loved it.
Conan's in-person interviews during lockdown have been consistently great. They're all really intimate and I'm sure everyone involved is happy to be in a room with other people. A weird silver lining.
they all should be like this
@Keeranbikash Patra speaking of which, I'm surprised Steven hasn't been on Conan's podcast yet. That seems like something that should have happened by now given their history together on the show
I love that Conan and Steven came together again. I always enjoyed their interactions, serious and funny
Steven and Conan have such great chemistry on screen. They can do comedy and a serious interview, so watchable. I want, no I need, a show of them traveling around the world together.
It’s my favorite korean-irish pairing! 😘
I’m such a fan of both of these men. I love this version of Conan...a deep, thoughtful, intellectual conversationalist. And Steven is INCREDIBLE. What a great person and actor.
Wow, a serious conversation on Conan! How rare, should be treasured!
코난이 영화 미나리에 감동 받은거 같습니다.코난과 스티븐 연의 진지한 대화가 신선하면서도 보기 좋네요.
Steven cried after watching the clip? Ohhh i love him more
Love this friendship
Love the boy and grandma dynamic
I love the more serious tone to this conversation, digging into the work itself rather than just trying to entertain with goofy anecdotes.
One can easily tell they're friends. The chemistry between them and the level of appreciation for each other is something I rarely see between a talkshow host and his guest.
Plus: I hope Steven will win the oscar.
It’s always a treat to see these two together 🥰
this is what I was wating for. Minari is a really wonderful movie, amazing story and a perfect cast
Great chemistry between these two. And phenomenal acting for Steven
They're lovers
Look at how far Steven has come since The Walking Dead! So so proud of him!!
Steven is so good looking, my God...
And his voice! Imma have to start simpin'
steven is such a legend!!
Such a terrific actor. We still miss you as Glenn. Many Blessings 🙏🏽
I have always enjoyed their interactions but this was one really sweet, it's like Conan, who has known and joked around with Steven for years suddenly sees him in a whole new light and is awed.
This Actor is so good. I loved his performance in burning.
STEVEN!!! Yeun is so underrated. He is the best, hope he gets the Oscar and that his movies get real recognition. He has got it all. AND he is smart like coney, not a common trait amongst the movie stars...
Now Conan can say he appeared in Kpop song FIRE with an Oscar nominee! #WheresTheParty
I love these two together!!
After everything get back to normal, I think Conan should keep his same show with the audiences, the same he’s done for years, but maybe they should make it at least a side segment to sit down with these people without an audience. His podcast is good for that but even then there is some pressure to make the listeners laugh. There is no pressure here and it shows. They need to find some sort of way to keep these genuine and comfortable interviews.
Look at Steven Yeun. So inspiring
Just a beautiful family movie about the American Dream. Minari will rip your heart out only to piece it back together stronger than ever 🙏🙏🙏
This interview almost made me cry, dare I watch the movie?! 😢
Oh I love these two men! I think they share souls each other.....
I can see this looking into their eyes when they talk. It seems very special friendship.
Really looking forward to watch the whole interview. This seemed such great conversation
Conans and stevens bromance. Miss them together
these two go way back
This interview is really good for watching during the night with a cup of hot cocoa.
Steven Yeun is one of their best guests ever, Conan should make more remotes with him travelling the world in Conan's new show, or even without a show.
I am so happy to see this interview. Love these two together
Such a good movie.
I have been waiting for Steven and Conan to reunite since the Minari press tour began! So happy it finally happened, hopefully he'll be on the podcast as well.
aaawww, i miss these two together
I've been waiting for this interview!! Friends reunited 💓
He is wearing Kasina Dunks which were a Korean exclusive Nike Dunks. Nice !
patiently waiting for the full interview. :D
GOAT duo 🐐🐐
We gotta get Steven on the podcast!
most amazing Duo ❤️ Steven and Conan 😂😁
I've never really hoped for someone to win the Oscar until now. He is so hardworking and consistent. Been a fan since TWD s1. Minari is beautiful and heartbreaking and complex and subtle yet impactful; it's a beautiful performance that deserves all the praise.
I gotta watch this film.
스티븐 연 😀😀
u can totally tell how much conan loves steven as a friend. u can tell by his tone and thoughtful questions he really enjoyed, analyzed and felt proud of his friends work.
steven yeun!
He deserves the prize
I'm khmer and Chinese American and Minari is also my story. So beautiful so well delivered. Love Steven in any movie so lovable.
I’m so happy to see how Steven’s career has gone since walking dead. I hope he wins, pretty sure it will go to Chadwick (rip) but I would be over the moon if Steven won
I want to watch it! Need to look into where I can stream it. I loved how chill they talked about it and the clip they showed. I'm not a parent(I wish I was) but I'm a teacher, and I also squeal and praise my students like that when they use their reasoning skills to come to the right conclusion😊
HE DESERVES BETTER
Beautiful film
Love him so much I'm glad him and Conan have reunited. Such a great duo!
What a good interview
I love Conan's review of the film.
fav duo 😭
Having just binge-watched all the Steven-Conan Conan interviews on UA-cam, I feel these two boys have matured in this talk somehow lol
Thanks to all creator who still creating sincere movie.
He was my favorite on walking dead so i follow him and love his work. Yes im a fan no asian hate from this cuban american

STEVEN IS FINALLY HERE I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG
The character of Paul in Minari reminded me a bit of Conan lol
This is the most serious and quite I’ve seen these two together
Glad his eye popped back in!
Oh my gosh! Yes!
Omg i have been waiting for this interview 😭 thank u conan for having steven back on again omg
He is such sweet man
These two go way back!
I always love it when Steven comes to Conan's show. These two seem like great friends!
Get him on the podcast, please!
When I heard the ending jokes I was like thank goodness they're still good friends haha
Yeun for the Oscar.
I NEED THE FULL INTERVIEW. STAT.
Conan's such a good host, he knows when to let his guest speak fully
I'd love to see (hear?) Steven on an episode of Conan Needs a Friend!
It's funny that Conan brings up them being naked together every time he comes on😆😆😆😆😆
Steven is the best of the Midwest! ❤🇺🇲
Damn this is a great interview! 👏👏
Conan i love your shows! From monroe louisiana!!!
CONAN DESERVES BETTER 😫
Steven is under appreciated as being really funny.
INVINCIBLE
We need another remote with him 😉
Finally, Steven Yeun on Conan!
I really wish that the last episode has a sketch where Conan is at HBOMax’s office and they’re looking at his resumé and some exec. goes “impressive but, you got fired from a job after only 7 months.” And Conan goes “oh right, yeah at that point it was just tradition.”
No.
Oh well just a wild idea
Im so not used to see them being in serious mood. But i get it. The movie is that great👍
Conan >
gottta love steven and conan together
Steven with the drip.
Nike Kasina Dunks on feet dang
I came to Australia when i was 24 and im now 40. Still struggling with language and still trying to make ends meet. Hopefully my children would have a better future than i have.
