BMW E46 Race Car Build: Transmission & Clutch

A new single mass clutch goes on, I replace the shift pins and detents in the ZF 5 speed transmission, and install a new metal pivot pin, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing.
This is not considered a how-to guide for the shift pins and detents- there are other videos that explain the process in more detail. If you are looking to do this job, you'll need a set of tools, but they're not hard to find.
I discovered I already had a Valeo single mass conversion flywheel, so I had to buy the right clutch kit, since OEM would not fit. I am not replacing the flywheel- a quick sand is good enough. I don't care about vibrations, etc. since this is a track car.
