    I just do some circles with my shoulders, wrists, and ankles, then I hop on some V0-V1s and do them really slowly with downclimbs.

    Would doing a hangboard routine before climbing cause your muscles to be fatigued? Or do you notice your muscles work better by starting off with that ?

    Climb like idk 3-7 v2-v6's, then work on proj. Literally all I do every session.

    If you want to get better at pistol squats then try doing them holding your foot to begin with, it is easier and will help you progress to doing them without

      I find the weight thing easier than holding the foot. It all depends on where you are flexible or not and your body proportions. I have longer legs than arms and just end up pulling myself back if I hold my foot. I started holding a 5kg weight and progressed to without. you can also do them on a box, that helps some people.

      @@ST-vt4nu my hamstring flexibility is terrible, I can't touch my toes at all but you can just bend your knee a bit. It helps with balance a lot I think

    So I just do some jumping shit and climb 3 easy paths. After that I go for ultra hard. Yep that my warm up

      @@AWer2 I met with The Climb Clinic to build a rehab plan post finger injury & they created one for me! I’d suggest looking up eva lopez’s hangboard routines!
