TWO MV Agusta 800 RC Bikes - $15,000 in MODIFICATIONS!

- I have been a big superbike fan and have always loved the MV Agusta look. I am fortunate enough to own a 2016 and a 2017 800 F3 RC. The 2017 is stock and the 2016 has about $15k in upgrades to make it a better handling bike. Each year, MV Agusta produces 300 total 800 F3 RC bikes and imports only 25 bikes to the United States. My favorite paint scheme for these RC is the Red, White and Green. The 2018 if you can find them are really cool because they come with red rims with this color scheme. This color scheme is in the most demand and tends to hold value better because of the demand.
Since I raced GSX-R1000s and CBRs years ago, I look forward to taking the 2016 on the track. Though this is not a purpose built track bike, I have been told by other owner's they feel the street legal RC is as close to their race bikes as you will come with a street legal bike. The bikes also have the original tires so those will be getting replaced once I am able to ride the bikes again. These bikes are a pain taking off the bodywork unlike the race bikes. The 2017 800 F3 RC comes stock with auto-blip downshifts, something the 2016 is missing from the factory. This 2016 has the slip on exhaust, lots of carbon fiber bits, brake cooling ducts, free-floating front disc brakes, Ohlins fork internals and rear suspension, Ohlins steering damper, frame sliders, case savers, and so much more.

MV Agusta it is and will be the most beautiful motocycle in the world!
Awesome bikes man. Congrats.
Beautiful bikes-I'm thinking of buying the F4 RC-where did you get the rear sprocket set up on the 2016 bike? Looks sick! Thank you.
CNC Racing is a good option for flange, etc or GP Racing.
Hi, do you still have both bikes ? Do you know if your fairings can swap with the new 2023 winglet Rc fairings ?
I still have the 2016. I am not sure if the new 2023 bikes can line up with the attachment points of the 2016 or 2017 bikes.
The -2017 is by far the best looking F3 ever produced. Enjoy it!
Agree and I do like the 2018 with the red wheels.
Nice bikes
Thank you!
Could you tell me what tail tidy kit you used on your bikes?
Let me see if I still have the information on that part. I think it may be R&G that made them.
@@CharlieFerer Please let me know! I am having difficulty finding 'stealth' kits for these bikes
Hi Charlie, stunning bikes you have there, including the two MV’s. I am curious to know the weight difference between the two and how that translates into a difference in real world performance, both the objective numbers (track times) and the subjective feel. This could make for another interesting video, or so at least I would think. Cheers in advance all the way from Australia
Great idea. There is a weight savings but the two biggest improvements is suspension so it is dialed in for the rider and weight of the rider. The front brake rotors and pads made a difference as well in which between suspension and brakes alone you have faster lap times over stock.
Hi I have 2016 AMG edition can u explain what are upgrad u did ? I also planning to do
What are your top websites for MV AGUSTA aftermarket parts?
I have not purchased in new parts for the bikes in a while so I would not be a good person to ask on current web sites unfortunately.
Can you Eve flash those ?Whats the top wnd on one of those ?
I want one ❤
I have 2, 2016 & 2020
Hi Charlie, I just took my stock F3 800RC on a track day at Portimao.

Having done a few laps on track I am changing:
Ohlins fork internals
New front race brake pads
New front master cylinder
New rear sets
Fit new Ohlins rear shock with 9.5 spring.
The track exposes the road spec weaknesses and this bike deserves a faster future on track.
I will let you know how the new kit works.
Paul, that is awesome!!!! Great riding and race line!
