thanks for this I just got a 2018 and no manual so I was wondering how to set all this. First bike with all these fancy settings so new to it period and your video on how to navigate the dash on a f3 was super helpful!
There is a custom setting also apart from rain, normal and sport. You can customise the settings within that mode but again as you say the engine needs to be running. Cheers
If my memory serves me correctly, this light isn't on while riding, but I think when you start up the bike and until you get moving the ABS light and maybe that light won't clear. Now that light might come on again if the gas tends to get low. It might be just a general warning light.
I do use it a fair bit yes at highway speeds. I also use the clutch too on slower city streets. Quick shift will not work below 30 km/hr. Also, I had someone tell me not to quick shift from 1st to 2nd. The shift from 1st to 2nd can be pretty abrupt if you are really on the gas.
MV Agusta couldn't have picked a worse button setup and dash which looked outdated the day it came out. I really do NOT like it on my F3, it's trash and unlogical.
@@user-zd5sm9kr3t There will always be people that like it. Fact is that most hated it and that's why they changed it to a TFT display on the latest models.
@@user-km8ez6ez1v People who say it was great never had a MV. Its terrible and changing features while driving is just dangerous. Way to unlogical and complicated. Every review on this planet mentioned this and especially considering the time it came out it was really old fashioned and looked really dated.
Great video.
Also if you push both buttons for a 5 seconds you will go to the maintenance mode, where you can reset service timer.
I'm gona have to try that and see what it does.

Nice man. Ya i feel you. Not used to all this fancy stuff :)

Yup. I just dance between normal and sport. :)
Appreciate your video…thanks!!!!
Great thank you
I have the same mv agusta. I am from the nederlands
Dude thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you have a video on how to replace the gauge cluster ?
Not on the F3 no. I would suspect the front cowl needs to be removed but I'm only guessing.
Thank u, do you have by any chance the full owners manual of this bike?
I have a bunch yes. If you email me i can send you what I have in pdf.
Hey man great video, just wondering what’s the yellow light on top of the gauge, next to the red light

@@RideThe6 awesome thanks a lot, just got a dragster 800rr recently and still learning about the dash lights
@@kevinyung1743 Cheers. Ride safe.
Im fairy certain it is the speed limiter light.
@@lomtiptak9519 no it’s a warning light, usually when ur foot stand is down
Is it the same on the straddle ?
Do you actually use quick shift? if so what mph does it shift up when ur in first gear?

Mine has no ABS settings 😢
@@rjortegapogi ABS is overrated. On the track alot turn it way down or off anyways :)
I have a 2011 Brutale 990r and I love it!! I love everything about it except the dash….it’s frickin awful
Some of the new dashes I am seeing these days are amazing ! I wonder if there's any chance of sticking a modern MV dash into an older bike..

That makes one of you. Mine and all other owners of this bike I know are perfect

You are so right. I hated the menu and the display. Really a nonsensical menu. I really dont miss my mv. Will never get another mv
