@@yilizhang5857 Mine isn't a circuit edition (just a Core) but I ended up going out of state to get mine, it's rare but some dealers will sell you one at msrp, takes some looking though.
@@yilizhang5857 I got the premium trim. Also just looked around the area, saw my local dealer had one in delivery (New England). Put deposit down for price at MSRP. Had to wait two months though.
Glad you did a second video on the car. i recently got a 2024 core edition and am loving mine. I've never seen the mid spoiler on one looks pretty sweet.
Nice, congrats btw:) Thank you very much, I kind of like the look of the normal top spoiler with the mid spoiler, different look. May actually keep the videos going a while with this one, there's a lot to say
@@hatchirolla Congrats! You have a special car, neat story how it came to exist, basically a rally homologation drivetrane :D. I'm gonna have to keep making videos on this one.
I agree the stock exhaust sounds good, in fact, mine at nearing 6000 miles It's gotten a little bit louder. I'll have to put a video together of all the mods I've done so far. It's quite a list but they're all aesthetic visual mods which shouldn't mess with the warranty. I think a downpipe and a tune with better valve springs would be the way to go. Instead of lowering the car I was looking into body kits, a front lip side skirts and a rear diffuser. Only certain parts of the dashboard settings retain, tire pressure monitors is one that doesn't stay.
Both of those are great, reliable vehicles, I also had a 2014 S, my gal had a 2017 4 Runner. The GR is absolutely fantastic, but they do ride a bit rough, did smooth out quite a bit once I put about 1k miles on, otherwise phenomenal.
The spoiler looks amazing!!! Super nice car! Them Cars last forever and i mean it. My cousin has a 2006 Corolla S... something like that. Its all factory. Her Dad/my Uncle got it brand new and she ended up getting it around 2011/2012. Her and i rented a place together and i didn't have a driver's license. So, she pretty much got me back and forth to work and such. So, one day i asked her how many miles was on it and she looked and the mileage said 299,999! So, a few weeks later we looked again and it was still at 299,999!!! Lol😂 It quit turning over along time ago...obviously. I asked her because i knew she drove all over the place taking her boyfriend at the time back and forth from Florida to Mississippi and also my uncle drove it all over the place because he was a sales rep for Pepsi and they live far out in the boonies. Anyways, she is married now with 4 kids and has a new 35th anniversary dodge caravan. Realy nice van. But, her husband drives that Corolla back and 4th to work just to save on gas. And they finally did have to replace the motor about 2years ago. But, who knows how many miles that car truly had before replacing the motor. And she said the only thing that she had to ever do to it was replace the alternator.
Thank you very much brother, definitely good to get something brand new so you don't have to worry what the last driver did to the poor car, dang that Corolla lasted a real long time lol.
Nice car, congrats 🎉 Last vid I watched was the summit white LT1, do you still have that one? I wanted to ask you with the 6 speed Tremec is the skip shift from 1st to 4th intrusive? Reason I ask on my '98 Gen 4 with the Borg Warner T56 6 speed the skip shift was intrusive.
Appreciate it very much my friend, don't have the white LT1.....but I do have a 2024 Camaro LT1 now! Yes unfortunately it does have that skip shift, is a bit intrusive. I just take to about 2300rpm in first and it doesn't engage though. Had a 2002 Camaro with the M6, same thing :/ There is a simple plug in we can buy that gets rid of it completely however, best $20 you can spend lol
I have a white 2019 STI in mint condition w/ low miles that I'm considering trading in for a GR. I've never had a Toyota - always a Subaru guy. I just need to find a GR to test drive before I can make a decision.
Good friend of mine has a 2012 STi, feels well built and a blast to drive, if you like the STi you'll love the GR 100%, I'd go for the Circuit or premium unless you don't mind cloth interior, if I could go back I'd have got the Circuit.
I’ll be keeping supersonic red circuit edition stock for a little while, other than changing out the wheels in the spring time but I’m hearing that you have to change to longer studs if you were swapping out rims… Does anyone know if that’s true for all rims or just specific brands? 🇨🇦
I do know that people do swap out the front studs often because they are pretty short, a red circuit huh, awesome, that's a beautiful color on the GR. People say any aftermarket wheels with a conical lug seat to definitely run longer studs.
Congrats on getting yours! I drive mine in 60/40 (Toyota recommends for daily driving) unless I am on track, rear diff can get hot I've heard so want it to last haha. I see from your username you like the 300zx, love em. Have my 240z amd 280zx turbo I used to own on the channel here, really love Z cars😎❤️
Agreed. Just got mine. No regrets. Nothing but giggles and smiles
Big congrats to you:) It's so much fun
Love love love mine. One week in and finished the break in period. I keep looking for random trips so that I have an excuse to drive.
You'll like the way it pulls, enjoy and congrats^^

I'll be receiving my 2024 Circuit Edition here shortly and the only thing that I would like to do when I get it is a Magnaflow exhaust.
Congrats! GR is so unique, I've heard sound clips of that exhaust, it sounds good.

Sounds cool, definitely waiting on a downpipe that isn't $1000+ :/
I definitely have an eye on intercooler (CSF) and oil cooler. To me the exterior is perfect, no exterior mods needed.
Agreed, love the styling on the body. One of the best looking cars ever IMO.

Thank you very much :D
As for mods, I'm curious about the installation process of the Seibon carbon fiber roof. I've found no UA-cam videos on it.
From what I've seen on forums people seem pretty happy with it, good fit etc.

The Black Diamond
If you do a rear delete, do you buy a cover for it or anything?
Never ended up doing rear seat delete but I'd put a carpet kit or make my own probably, not sure if there is a kit for sale though.
