Fluffy Coconut semolina cake

Here is a simple delicious cake made with semolina, coconut and fresh orange juice syrup.
It's the fluffiest, moist and fragrant you can get.

. 70g sugar
. 2 eggs
. 6 cl oil
. 130g semolina
. 70g yogurt
. 1 tbsp baking powder
. 40g coconut flakes
